We got Dustees box today yippie. Thanks so much Robin and Molly Dustee loves everything and so did sugar bear. Their running thru the house fighting over new toys LOL Heres our smilebox link Thanks again We have had a blast.

Robin Lodal could you tell me about the kuddler? You see I have the site K9 Kuddler Dog Beds have had it for two years I hope you are not infringing on my trade mark.

It must be a Fufufashions K9 Kuddler. It looks just like it. Besides, who would copy it and also use the same name?

I'm sorry that I even used the name "kuddler". I saw that this was what my SB wanted and so I thought I would make her one. I had never made one before and I have never sold any for profit. I will no longer use the kuddler name... I didn't realize that it was an exclusive name. This is the only time I have used it (in this thread) that I am aware of. I had no intentions of offending anyone or trying to steal business.

I can see what you mean by this and I would be frustrated if someone stole my design and tried to sell it as my own. I never had any intention of making them on here and selling them. The people that know me know that I do have TIME to do that lol I very much enjoy sewing and creating this bed for my SB but it did take awhile (I even hand embroidered her name - first time for that, too!)... I just wanted to make a special gift for someone. So I repeat, I will NEVER sell this on this forum. I am a member of another forum (for police wives) and we are raising money in an auction to help support one of the families' husband who was shot several times. Among many other items, I have donated a bed to help raise funds for this family. I will not ever use the name "kuddler" again. That's a promise.

I am not going to lie, I felt totally attackked last night b/c all of a sudden, I was getting accused AND Marsha (K9 Kuddler lady) joined YT JUST to send me a message about me potentially stealing and infringing upon her copyright (insert jargon here).... which is totally NOT the case. :eek: I guess I am a little peeved b/c I think some jump to conclusions too fast sometimes and that hurts people's feelings and their integrity on a board, IMO. I was VERY upset last night when i went to bed. :(

Dustee sleeps on this every night right between mine and hubbys head is her bed, and i think it is a wonderful thing your going to pit one in a auction to help someone else.

Thanks they sure are rotten as can be. My husband just got out of the police reserves i was so happy on his last day scares me to death. We will be praying for this family and i will stop by the auction
