Imagine my surprise when we got our GE box yesterday and it was from our friend Claire!!! It was really ironic that they got us as their first GE Buddy because I helped her be able to take part in this GE. We loved Claire, Twinkle, Wicket and the girls already but now we love them even more!! :D

Kayla was actually too hot yesterday and was pretty miserable so she laid on the sofa wagging her tail while Amelia opened the gifts instead. :rolleyes: I don't think Kayla would of got a look in if she'd tried.

We open the box to be greeted by lots and lots of pink! We love pink! ;)

There were 2 parcels for Amelia, 2 for me and LOTS for Kayla!

Claire and Twinkle sent us...

- a bobo... they are huge hits in this house, we have all sorts of sizes, colours and themed ones
- chocolate rope tug
- plush pink sheep with rope legs
- a plush little dude who looks like he belongs in The Nightmare Before Christmas!!! lol - love this!
- a Nylabone which Kayla loves these
- turkey and cranberry teats and mini chocolate chip cookies - which they shared a few last night
- a paw shaped fluffy blanket
- a gorgeous jacket with Kayla's name on in pretty white stones!!! This is adorable and perfect for Kayla. It fits her wonderfully and she'll be nice and snug when the weather gets cold again

Claire must of done a little homework on me because she sent me a gorgeous Winnie The Pooh crossstitch kit with the letter "A" on! I love, love, love this! She also sent us a really cute beware of the Yorkie sign! :D

Amelia received a drinks bottle with her name on which is so cute and she LOVES her In The Night Garden toy! She took that straight away and demanded it was opened and then wouldn't help me open the rest of the packages!!! :rolleyes: Thank you sooo much Claire for thinking of her and knowing what she loves!

Claire, thank you sooo much for thinking of us all and being a great secret buddy! I NEVER would of guessed you were our buddy AT ALL!!!!! We love everything and we're so glad to have you as a friend and know you. We adorable Twinkle, Wicket and the girls and we hope you had as much on your first GE as we did on ours. Thank you!!!!

Awwww, everything looks so great! I love the wrapping too. It's looks like both kids are happy and cute as can be.

AWW...How nice that Amelia got stuff too!! Love the jacket its super cute and Kayla looks like she really likes her bed too! You got some awesome stuff and got totally spoiled!! Great job SB!!

I'm so glad you loved everything! I was soooo surprised and excited when I realised that you were our secret buddy:D Kayla looks cute and cosy in her coat (I'm not incredibly creative - it took me AGES to get those gems stuck on there right!), and it looks like she loves her paw print blankie too!

I thought that plush voodoo-type toy was cool too! Very Tim Burton! And I thought the Bobo would be a hit!

Glad you like the crossstitch - I thought as it's the letter A, and Winnie the Pooh it would look great in Amelia's room. And I'm so happy Amelia likes her pressies too - those drinks bottles are perfect for when you're out on a hot day), and I knew she would like her In The Night Garden Toy:D

I meant to ask if you put the gems on yourself. You did a great job and it's so cute. I love it.

We love the cross stitch, she has a couple I've done for her before and they are all DMC so they will all match! How did you know I liked to do them? :confused: Sneaky! lol. Amelia is still obsessed with her toy, she really loves it and she can now put them on in the right order by herself. :D

I'm so glad you had fun on this GE and you loved having us for your buddy! Again, thank you for everything... we loved it all!

I read on your profile page that cross stitch was one of your hobbies, I went to a few craft shops and there were soooooo many different ones! I'm pretty clueless when it comes to things like that so I just went for what I thought was cute! You can't go wrong with Winnie the Pooh! xxx xxx
