Shoot, I'm disappointed because I thought for sure there would be lots of pictures of partying Yorkies on here tonight!

For some reason I just picked today as the day the flood gates would open and there would be lots of boxes opened and displayed.

I really enjoy looking at everyone's things because there's usually something in every box that I've either never seen nor heard of! Quite interesting but then I have a low threshold for entertainment...LOL

<sigh> maybe tomorrow

me too. I so look forward to checking in. Maybe usps and ups are backed up maybe tomorrow will be the day of surprises. Seems each yorkie who gets a package has that sparkle of a new toy in his/her eye, I love it. Guess that explains why mine are so spoiled huh? Mom's an easy touch!

Oh, I know they'll all get there eventually. I've just been in bed all day feeling lousy and not into reading or watching tv but I do like to look at the pictures of the Yorkies and especially love the videos. (I didn't want our box to get here because I don't feel like sitting up for the unwrapping and the picture taking.) However, I was hoping there'd be lots of photos and videos to enjoy in this forum since I've already exhausted the actual photo and video forums.

This seems to require just the amount of attention and concentration I can produce right now. I have tried about three times to listen to a court deposition that I'm interested in (Casey Anthony case) but I fall asleep each time.

Of course. I've thought (off and on) all day that it was Friday! It seems like this day has been a month long anyway.

I think in another week, many of us have not got or sent our packages yet. I'm waiting till tomorrow to send ours out as I was waiting for one last thing to come. Still not here will have to be sent later, after our package :(

Next week will be big. :)

Thanks, Linda! It must have been a 24-hour nasty virus because this morning I feel like a veil has been lifted! I feel soooooo much better.

I did get to see a couple of gift parcels. One of them is an awesome slideshow/scrapbook (not sure what the terminology is) that Finnigan's mom, JMuedog, made for Shelby Rae and Alison (kidmuzicdotcom). Cute stuff and such a great graphic presentation! I've fallen in love with those Smileboxes.

But the bestest news of all (other than feeling like a living person this morning) is that our box is...

out for delivery!

Hooray! At last! Now I have such a great clue to use and it's (for all practical purposes) too late to use it...LOL

Our box changed states SIX different times (counting where it started and where it ended up). It went in and out of one state and caused me to take an unplanned geography lesson to understand what was happening! LOL

That tracking capability from UPS is an awesome toy!

I got an email from Admin that I am getting my box today, I think a few people posted that their boxes should arrive today... I bet tonight will have a flood!!! I CANNOT WAIT to find out WHO my buddy is! My awesome awesome buddy!!!! :) I can't wait to see my boys and open their box and take pics!

Have you guys seen that cute Smilebox yet that looks like a flowchart sorta? That is sooooo cute! It's the last one posted right now, I think.

Gee, I didn't know Admin. let you know about getting your package. What a job if they have to track everyone's! (When I finally saw that ours was out for delivery, my first thought...after the excitement, of course...was that I need to get a life...LOL)

Oh well, here I was afraid I wouldn't be able to relax and enjoy retirement since I was so "not" the type but I have turned out to be so laid back that I could easily waste a day watching paint dry..LOL

Haven't worn my watch in (I don't even remember) years! As much as I enjoyed what I did, I'm glad I retired after 30 years. Retiring at 52 was not so bad after all but I do get tickled at the little things that give me pleasure these days...LOL...such a change from the pressure years of yore. It's also the reason I forget which day it is. I really did think yesterday was Friday most of the day...LOL

hahaha TOY you are so funny! You're personality cracks me up! I am a pretty laid back (but responsible) person. I have to take a week off of work in June and I have nothing to do, nowhere to go... so you should see me already scrambling to fill the week up.

I think my neighbors think I am the DREAM neighbor for a townhouse. I am NEVER home. I work 40 hours a week, go to college nights, pick up my pooches and take them out with me everywhere I can. I am always always on the move. However I really really can take a full day just reading, watching movies, lounging around!! :)

I don't "go" as much anymore but I can really lose myself in a good book or movie, too. Funny though...when you can do it anytime you want to, it loses a bit of its allure. There's something about making it a luxury when you know you shouldn't be doing what you're doing...or maybe I'm getting that mixed up with being a rebel...LOL

It's funny the things that catch my attention now. I have thoroughly enjoyed this GE to the point that I have bored my husband almost daily with tales of this and that about it...LOL He "tolerates" my quirkiness quite well actually.

According to UPS, my GE package has been delivered! I am so excited! They made it on time as guaranteed, too. (It helped alot to find Thursday again...gave them time to get it there on Friday...LOL)
