Oh my gosh- I got home from a rather stressful day at work to find a HUGE box on the front porch! I was going to wait and get Ryder all bathed and pretty but we are leaving first thing in the AM and had a zillion things to do tonight so what the heck- we opened it, bad hair day and all!!!!

Oh Dakota- your mommy truly out-did herself!! Ryder got so, so many gifts, not only fun gifts, but extremely special ones, too!!!

Also included was a HAND-DRAWN sketch of Ryder, which is absolutely STUNNING and beautifully framed!! Linda, who did that sketch? It is AMAZING!! My husband's jaw dropped when he got home and saw it. I was in tears, it is so special.

Ryder is soooooo spoiled rotten!! He got a monogrammed bed that he hasn't left since I unpacked it, a ZILLION toys, his FAVORITE Yorkie Yummies, bully sticks from AMD that he tried to open himself :D, several ADORABLE bows and a HUGE bag of rubber bands (oh Linda, I cannot get over the bow with all the little hearts on it- it is so freakin' precious!!), several shirts that we LOVE, a tie for when we go out :p, a monogrammed quilt that he also loves (and I love!), and so much other stuff!!!!

I got spoiled, too!! My husband asked if I told you my favorite kind of chocolate because you guessed right!!!! I got the amazing hand-sketch of Ryder, vanilla caramel body stuff, an awesome candle in the shape of a yorkie head, some strawberry lemon balsamic that we cannot WAIT to put on a melon salad, oh my gosh I am forgetting stuff I know but I had to put everything (minus the bed) back in the box because we are having remodeling done and I don't want anything lost or ruined!

I took tons of pictures but probably wont be able to download and resize them until we get back next week. Ryder is SO happy and had SO MUCH FUN opening everything! Ranger of course snuck off with a few of the toys, and had to share some yorkie yummies!! I am going to pack a special bag full of some of the new toys and treaties for our trip this weekend, and OF COURSE Ryder's favorite new bed! It will make the trip extra special for the kiddos!!

Dakowda- dis is Wyduh. I want to say TANK YOU foh all ub da wonderfwul tings you sent to me. I wub everyting you sent to me and tank you so much foh bewing so toughtful and making my fiwst GE so spechul!!! I wub you Dakota!!!!

Amanda and Ryder, you are so very welcome. It was such a pleasure shopping for you. Im glad Ryder liked everything. Have to tell you though, when the bed came I sat it on the table while I was packing the box, Dakota saw it and wouldnt stop barking. Hubby said, just let him smell it. I lowered it to let him smell and he grabbed it and would have taken off with it if I hadnt had hold of the other side. I had to hide it while we packed the box. I was so hoping that Ryder would like it as much. Enjoy your trip, looking forward to seeing pics. Linda and Dakota

I can't wait to see the goodies Ryder got from Linda and Dakota. My Lucky was their secret buddy last time and we also received a wonderful sketch of Lucky. Linda's husband is VERY talented indeed.:D

Oh Ryder it looks like Dakota and Linda really spoiled you. I can't wait for pics either but know it's a busy weekend so we'll be patiently waiting.:)

EEEKKK!!! I am the worst GE recipient EVER!! I am sooooooooooooooooo sorry you guys! I have a zillion adorable pictures on my camera and have no way to get them on the computer!! In the midst of our mini-vaycay and the freakin' remodel, I have lost the thingy that attaches the camera to the computer :eek:

I am heading to Best Buy FIRST THING in the am to get a new one. Linda, Ryder ADORES ALL of his goodies- I cannot thank you enough! And both my husband and myself cannot stop looking at the sketch of Ryder- it is stunning and again, your husband is so incredibly talented!! I am SO SORRY! I promise not to do another GE until things calm down around here!!

aww Amanda, I understand things sometimes get crazy. The main thing is you and Ryder are happy with your gifts. Remodeling, how fun. Crazy but fun.

I am back and with pictures!!!!!!!!

I have apologize again, profusely. We have had one of "those" weeks. Our house is torn up, I was having computer issues and were having problems with my husband's horse. I rode 150 miles last weekend at a 3-day endurance ride and have been exhausted!!

Anyway, here are the pictures from Ryder's happiest day ever!! He absolutely loves that bed, along with the quilt. Also, since he loves wearing clothes so much, he has had something new to wear each day this week. He has his MD "I love daddy" shirt on right now and is so happy to wear it!!

The bully sticks have been chewed and chewed, which has been great since the boys have been locked up so they don't get into stuff. I can't stop looking at the sketch from your husband and haven't yet decided where to hang it. I don't know if he does custom orders or not but he SHOULD. His work is amazing!
