I am confused!!
 
can someone help me? I dont know if i can participate in this YT gift exchange!! I have some questions.-

1 How do i know if i can be a part of it?

2. Where do we send the copy and paste what our pup wants to?

3. when do we have to send stuff out?

Sorry if i am confused.. i read all the rules and stuff and im stil a little lost.

1. How do i know if i can be a part of it? The Gift Exchange is open to all Donating Members that have donated $25 or more to YorkieTalk. Which you have and you have over 100 posts, so you are good. And you have been a YT member for over a month.

2. Where do we send the copy and paste what our pup wants to?

I think when we sign up we paste the following and fill out the info.

Your Yorkie's Name -

Is Your Yorkie a boy or a girl -

Your Yorkie's Age (years and months) -

Your Yorkie's Measurements (Weight, Height, Length, and Chest Size) -

Yorkie's Size of clothing (The common size you usually buy: XS, S, M, L) -

Yorkie's Favorite Toys, Snacks, Clothing style -

Yorkie's favorite colors -

Have you participated in any past YT Gift Exchanges? If so, which one(s) -

Later on, i think there are hint threads etc.

3. when do we have to send stuff out?

The signup period will end April 30, 2009. You will receive your Secret Buddy information within THREE DAYS after the end of the signup period. If for some reason you sign up and can not participate in this Gift Exchange, you MUST notify us before the end of the signup period.

You may send gifts starting May 1, 2009. The deadline for sending out gifts will be May 31, 2009.

Sorry if i am confused.. i read all the rules and stuff and im stil a little lost.

When the admin is done playing an April Fools joke on us, he/she will open a thread in this forum for the official sign up thread. There you will see the specific rules for the gift exchange, the information questions to copy, paste, and fill out within the sign up thread, and likely have answers to any other question you may have. At the end of the sign up period (April 30th), the admin will send you via PM the name of your GE buddy.

You've been with YT for the amount of time needed to participate, as well as having over 100 posts. I see you are a donating member....as long as you've donated at least $25, you should be good to go! Watch for the official sign up thread to open.............I'm betting it will be later tonight or tomorrow.

I thought of doing this but so many people buy their Yorkies everything under the sun how do you know what to get that they really need or would like?

On the questionaire there is a place to put things you would like your yorkie to get or things you do not want them to get. But mostly, it's just for the fun of shopping for your buddy and the excitement of receiving a box yourself!

oh thank goodness as i about fell out of my chair with the new rules 100,000 posts -lol

Oh my goodness I just looked at the signup thread and got so excited. Then I saw that you needed to have 100,000 posts! spend 300 consecutive days in the chat room, etc! I was like you have got to be kidding me!! Then I realized that it is april fools day! Silly admin!!
