Where are all the boys?
 
Looking at the GE sign up and there are only 11 boys and like 26 girls -- not going to be very many boy-girl Valentine matches this time around -- unless the boys stop being so shy -- or dragging their feet :rolleyes: to get a 2009 Valentine! :love:

So who else has a boy and is still planning on signing up???

We did the Valentine's one last year and it was really fun, but Loki really doesn't need anything. He is happy as long as he has his blanket and his couch. Is this one going to be a little more low-key? We would love to make some little girl a harness and a blanket or something like that, but I feel bad with everyone going crazy shopping. We have 2 feet of snow here and I have a closet full of fabric so I feel like we would have more fun making gifts :) Maybe I will sign him up. What do you think?

oh, I think you should sign up. I think this one may be more low-key with fewer people signed up than last Feb. and with the state of the economy I think there may not be as much crazy shopping. I know it was hard for me to decide to sign up, as my job is really, really unsteady. But I know it is really about the attitude of giving. I am sure anyone would be thrilled with some handmade things - I know we would :)

Okay, okay.....if it's boys you need............here comes Lucky!

I've still got to do his measurements since he's lost weight (and I assume inche(s)) since last year at this time when he was signed up. Lucky's up first again this year; he'll be signed up before the deadline (tomorrow?), I promise.

I've got a few things I've picked up/purchased through out the year for the GE's. So depending on who Lucky's GE buddy(ette) is, we'll see just how much shopping we'll have to do.

Harley would love to find a valentine..:hearts-xx but we havent been around long enough yet to take part...promise though we will sign up for the next one.

There's two(2) of us. Zack and Zeke. Can my boys sign up individually or as one(1)?

I'm not sure about the what the monetary donation amount must be to be able to sign up more than one yorkie in a single GE, but i do know that each yorkie must be signed up individually. I've always signed up just one at a time, giving each of my fur kids a turn. Since there are 4 gift exchanges a year they never have to wait to long before their turn comes around. They usually end up sharing the toys & treats they receive anyway.

You can choose to sign up 1 of them or you can sign them both up separately. I don't really think you can do it together, as you will need to put their measurements in there.

Some people sign up more than one yorkie in a GE. I just sign up one at a time, the next GE the other one gets signed up. But that doesn't mean the one not signed up loses out - as usually there is at least one pkg of treats that they both share. Sometimes you might get 2 flossies - so both of mine will get one.

Also, if I know my buddy has a second yorkie that is not signed up, I will try to send something special for the other yorkie - a little plush squeeky toy or that second flossy or bully stick

Hey guys just wanted to let you know that i got my thread count to 100 JUST NOW so I am signing up Mr. SpiceE so there is ONE more BOY in the GE! Gotta go so i can get him in on time! :D
