I'm Worried
 
Are buddy got there package on Wed around 2:30 and they havn't posted anything yet. I did check there profile and they haven't been in YT sinde 11/27/08. I sure hope that they are ok. And I really hope that they received there package. Do you know if there is any way that we can find out that they are ok!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sure Admin can't tell me anything other than I already know. So what do I do.........

Please help

I had the same thing happen in the last GE. I just PMd admin and they sent them an email. Hopefully your buddy is ok!

I'm in the same boat. My buddy has not posted in over a month. It took three tries for UPS to deliver the package. It was finally delivered yesterday, but no post yet. If I recall, a family member signed for the package, not the YTer. I guess I could PM her but if she has not been online that won't do any good. I hope my buddy is okay!

Did your buddy post yet? Mine hasn't. I PM'd admin and asked if she could email my buddy and see if she is OK.

I still haven't heard a word yet. And she still hasn't been in YT. I PM'D admin also and they emailed her and sent her a pm. Well that doesn't do alot of good beings she hasn't been in.
I know that she has 2 package to send to her GE buddy. I wonder if they got hers. But I haven't seen anything on Thanking her. So I don't know what is going on.

I sure hope you hear something from yours soon.

I understand that life happens, but a lot of thought, not to mention $$$$ goes into these gifts. All I ask is a "thank you", some sort of acknowledgment. I'm not so excited about the next GE now, though most YTers are great about the GEs and their wonderful posts. I hope our buddies post soon.

I understand perfectly why you feel that way. All I ask is an acknowlegement of the gift -- photos are even better. It's sad for the people who really love and enjoy the GEs when this sort of thing happens. Unless someone is seriously sick or in trouble, it only takes five minutes to say thank you for a gift received. Hope you all hear something this week!

I hate to say this, but, this is the main reason I don't get in to the GE's. I have seen too many times, where ones like yourselves go all out, and send such nice things, and then some people never send their gifts, or they don't think to thank people for what they sent. PLEASE people, if you want to do these GE's then at least acknowledge that you got your gift, and if you can't send the gift to the person whos name you got, then don't get in to the GE to begin with..I feel for all of you on here that haven't been acknowledged or who haven't received your gifts. Just breaks my heart for you!

I just heard from my GE buddy by a PM. She was out of state due to her Grandmother I beleive passed and was helping her mother. And she has no internet. But I now at least know that she got it.
