I usually ship everything in a Priority box, BUT make my own label on my computer w/ our picture and the GE Buddy picture....and decorate it. BUT you do what you want to do...everyone does it differently.

Just remember....you need to get delivery confirmation and insurance --- check the rules stickied at the top of the page -- #8, I believe.

What's a priority box? I think I got too big of a box but I was scared I wouldn't be able to fit the bed I'm making in the smaller one, that's why I'm thinking I'm going to have lots of extra room to fill.

A Priority box is one marked Priority if sending by US Mail - they give these out free. But you can send something Priority without the box too. They have Priority stickers you or they can decorate the box with :)

Look at some of the threads of people receiving their GE pkgs - lots of people take pictures of their boxes (usually not of the label/address though -- too easy for others to get more info about YTers

Emily, you are making yourself uptight over nothing. It is really very simple. Priority Mail is a way of sending mail faster. It goes by plane in an average of 2 days. First Class Mail is cheaper but it is listed as 3 to 5 days and goes by ground. I too got a box that was too large at WM. I went to Office Depot and got a smaller one. That is the one I used for you. I did send your box Priority. They measure the box and it costs extra if the box is over a certain size. Your box was just fine. I think if you just wrapped any breakable items in newspaper or magazines and put them in the middle of the box they would travel just fine. Put the unbreakables around the edge of the box. I printed the address label and the letter Lucy wrote to you and Lilly out on the computer. It is really very simple. I put insurance and tracking information on your box. All you have to do is pack it, tape it and put the label on it. Then take it to the Post Office or UPS and they will take care of the rest. It is really an easy process so just stay cool. The hardest part is the decisions you make about what to send your buddy. After the shopping it is downhill all the way.
