Finished products: for Mille LaRue, Katie Scarlete & Mollie 1 Attachment(s) Aymee asked me to sew matching Sun Dresses in AL Crimson Tide and Hound's-tooth material for Katie Scarlett and Millie. She did the embroidery work and I did the sewing. The embroider is very nice, of course Aymee always does wonderful work. She than sent me the material and I make the dresses. They turned out great, love the colors, love the embroidery and loved working with Aymee !! Here is the finished join effort by myself and Aymee. I also sent her a little something extra, hope she doesn't mind. :) Attachment 390177 This next one was a special order for a little pup named Millie LaRue who is quit the public figure on FB with her own Fan Page. I was quite surprised when I got the order and was a little frazzled and scared that my work would not be good enough. I worked with her mommy to make sure I had the perfect understanding of what she wanted. I made the bow larger which I really like the look of and added a side neck closure instead of the basic front closure. All in all I'm happy with the finished product I just hope Millie's mommy likes it too! Attachment 390180 Thanks for looking !! :D |

Dawn!!! Girl, why did I have the urge to get on YT before bed?!!! This post was calling my name, that's why! Lol. I am IN LOVE with the dresses!!!! They look phenomenal and I can't wait to see them on the girls! You bet your boots these will be their outfits on opening game day!!! I love them so much! Thank you! very nice dresses Dawn, I know Darcey, Millie's mom and she will love the dress, that is so cool you got an order from her. She pays big bucks for her outfits and buys from all over the world. She has 4 femake yorkies, not just Millie. Hopefully she will post a photo of her in the dress, since she has such a large following don't be surprised if other people contact you as well. Last year she made a post a day with millie in a different outfit, it was called something like a year in Millie La Rue's closet. |

Dawn the more that I think about it the more excited I am for you, I think little Millie is about the highest profile dog in this crazy pet fashion world. Every time Darcy post's something on her FB page she gets like a zillion comments and likes. Does she have the dress yet?? Oh and you know those fancy harness vests I have been making she has been giving me very helpful and honest critiques on them. LOL she also told me some of the pricy "designers" are crappy sewers:D You have good sewing skills so I know she will be pleased. |

I totally didn't even think about my original post with the three pics in a college. I'm just trying to share my work with everyone. I am thankful that this thread is here. I am new to posting here so I just need to be more mindful of the rules and how I post I guess. That is a good question thou Four photos or four items ? This thread only has three dresses shown but technically has 6 photos. The other thread (most resent) had four dresses but 15 photos all together in four colleges. So, I'm off to read the rules once again. I guess I could post only 2 pics in the original thread and 2 showing of the recipient modeling the dress later... or would that be against the rules too ? Ugh confusing . . . |
