My first attempt at a onsie conversions! 3 Attachment(s) This one took me about 2.5 hrs to do. With all of my woos, mishaps and trying to figure out the best way to get it done. I had no instructions so I just say down and went for it. I think it turned out beautifully. That is as long as no one sees the underside of it. We'll just pretend that didn't happen. ;) I still have a long ways to go learning about using knits but with the great advise I have gotten from the more seasoned sewers here I should be able to figure it out. I think my next one will turn out much better. This was also the first time I have used a single layered fabric with a hemline for the skirt . I think I may do more of those on the dresses I make that are not reversible. It will save on fabric. Thanks for taking the time to look !! :) |
I really like it. I am going to attempt this some time. Great job |

If you do be sure you know the right way to work with knits fabrics first. I' though I could do it, but found out without the right tools it won't work. |
