| Haha! It's a Simflex Folding Measure. I got it on Ebay. It's an antique. I don't know if they sell anything like it today. They may, IDK I don't get out much, lol.
As it expands, all the spaces stay the same size as the other spaces, they all get bigger or smaller. Beats measuring.
But to make scallops without it, just measure and divide by 2 till you fill the width of the skirt. Or you can keep folding the material in halves. |
