I'm really sorry this happened to her too... but I appreciate it when someone speaks up if they have reason to be concerned. Way too many scams going on now-a-days. And, like what is happening, all will be ok because she has nothing to hide and is doing everything she can to prove it. It's sad that people that own beautiful dogs just can't post their pictures but that's what it's come to. I guess we all should have some sort of watermark so that no one else can deceive others with our pictures. - ???

Thank You Petite for sticking it out. I am waiting to see more pictures of Chuly and his parents. He is beautiful! Are you going to put him in the For Sale thread? And, yes, where is Kendal?

It seems admin checked into this right away and determined the puppy was hers, as she already sent Kim a photo with an index card. She had to face a lot of accusations, but admin did their job and I don't think all that was necessary. The person who should be being questioned is the one who stole the picture. Lets wait til we know the whole story before jumping all over people :)

I know we all have reason to be cautious people but please try to allow someone to respond to an accusation before sending her to the electric chair! Hopefully any of us that are inquiring about a new baby will do our research and everything will come out in the end anyway.

Petite, I am sorry I did not respond sooner. I also didn't mean to mislead you or anyone. I was questioning if he was available because I wanted to press my husband, but the reality is the town will not let me have another dog, infact, I am one dog over the limit and hoping no neighbor will turn me in..if so, I guess I'm moving!!! He is adorable and I totally wish I could have him :(

I know you will find the perfect home..

Hello to you too!! Welcome to Yorkie Talk :) It's nice to see a Marylander here (or former one :p ) I am about ten minutes away from Bethesda, near Great Falls Park. I love it! However, I have family in Florida (Tampa area) and I enjoy going there too- can't beat the weather :D Your dogs are beautiful by the way!

Sorry but I can't figure it out how to attach the pictures but I did figue the avatar so thats the most recent picture of Chuly I took it yesterday for the Yorkie talk verification process that I went through ......::D

your dogs are beautiful. i'm so glad you weren't scared away. if he is for sale, why don't you post a for sale ad. i'm sure someone will snatch him up right away. he is a cutie pie for sure.

I don't know if you were talking to me or not... but I've never heard of a "admin check" or "index card" and I didn't see Kimberly post anything anywhere verifying it. :rolleyes: (not prior to the questions -or- since)

You're right, Petite shouldn't have to face all these accusations but unfortunately she did and as long as there are people who "steal" - it will happen to others, too. It wasn't anything personal. Infact, that's probably one more reason she was questioned. If she had been on here awhile - we would have known that it was her pup. Something very similar just happened within the last few weeks and I believe that's what triggered this. I'm sure you wouldn't want to be scammed out of a beautiful puppy and your hard earned money so, I don't think you can blame anyone for asking. "Deals" can happen in a matter of minutes online, so I was happy to see fellow YT'ers act as fast as they did.

And yes, I agree, Petite should be questioning the other 2 people (the one that posted the picture & the person with the website) and perhaps ask Admin about the rules regarding people who do this. In my eyes it's stealing and it has been happening alot lately. It even happened to one of our YT Store Owners. Her furbaby's picture was on several ebay listings selling clothes!

BTW Petite, your Chuly and his parents are beautiful! I especially love the Mom's coloring!!!

And Welcome to YorkieTalk! I'm sure you'll see that there are alot of caring and helpful people on here. No one meant to hurt you - just looking out for each other. :thumbup:
