I only get posts from here after I have posted something. I had just been surfing through the site when I saw this...This site is too big to read everything. I am lucky I found it even if it is a little late. And police could care less...I know as I have had pictures stolen. |

OK so who's dog is this? is it the original poster's dog or the person from the websites dog? i say someone call the phone # on the website to see if the friend is telling the truth here? sorry to be sceptical but stealing photo's to make a profit is wrong!:mad: :mad: :thumbdown |
The dog belongs to the Original Poster I believe not to the lady that owns the website....that's what I been saying. I took the pup off of everything I could find. |

Ok, I am actually the only one that is not having fun when I get all these messages regarding Chuly, and people that where interested are now fishy about it. There is a lady that she is the auditor for Yorkie talk. I believe her name is Kimberly. Someone send her a tip on Chuly so she contact me and ask me to send her another picture with a index card by him to prove that he is mine. I sent her the picture last night and she has checked that Chuly belongs to me. That's the reason why Chuly has a check mark before you enter his site |
Please go back to the site and note that they already removed the picture of Chuly. |

I'm really sorry this happened to her too... but I appreciate it when someone speaks up if they have reason to be concerned. Way too many scams going on now-a-days. And, like what is happening, all will be ok because she has nothing to hide and is doing everything she can to prove it. It's sad that people that own beautiful dogs just can't post their pictures but that's what it's come to. I guess we all should have some sort of watermark so that no one else can deceive others with our pictures. - ??? Thank You Petite for sticking it out. I am waiting to see more pictures of Chuly and his parents. He is beautiful! Are you going to put him in the For Sale thread? And, yes, where is Kendal? |
It seems admin checked into this right away and determined the puppy was hers, as she already sent Kim a photo with an index card. She had to face a lot of accusations, but admin did their job and I don't think all that was necessary. The person who should be being questioned is the one who stole the picture. Lets wait til we know the whole story before jumping all over people :) |

Petite, I am sorry I did not respond sooner. I also didn't mean to mislead you or anyone. I was questioning if he was available because I wanted to press my husband, but the reality is the town will not let me have another dog, infact, I am one dog over the limit and hoping no neighbor will turn me in..if so, I guess I'm moving!!! He is adorable and I totally wish I could have him :( I know you will find the perfect home.. Kathy |

It wasn't anything personal. Infact, that's probably one more reason she was questioned. If she had been on here awhile - we would have known that it was her pup. Something very similar just happened within the last few weeks and I believe that's what triggered this. I'm sure you wouldn't want to be scammed out of a beautiful puppy and your hard earned money so, I don't think you can blame anyone for asking. "Deals" can happen in a matter of minutes online, so I was happy to see fellow YT'ers act as fast as they did. And yes, I agree, Petite should be questioning the other 2 people (the one that posted the picture & the person with the website) and perhaps ask Admin about the rules regarding people who do this. In my eyes it's stealing and it has been happening alot lately. It even happened to one of our YT Store Owners. Her furbaby's picture was on several ebay listings selling clothes! BTW Petite, your Chuly and his parents are beautiful! I especially love the Mom's coloring!!! And Welcome to YorkieTalk! I'm sure you'll see that there are alot of caring and helpful people on here. No one meant to hurt you - just looking out for each other. :thumbup: |
