Welcome home wittle KC - he is doing FANTASTIC today- he has made a 1000 percent turn around from the first two days he was here. I was really worried about him. Him just needed a little time to get used to his new big sisters and big ole Texas. We will be spending lots of time helping him get socialized and adjusted so he will be so happy here. We will do what ever it takes to help him. He is the best snuggler and has slept through the night from day one. He is watching his sisters pottying out side and going when they go. Today he barked at them and tried to get the toy they were tugging over. "Hey-look at me too" We are very happy with him. Thank you Delores- Sugar's Mom

Ahhh...so glad he's adjusting...sometimes it just takes a little while. I love that last picture....it's KC's "the dog" impression. :)

Oh Wittle KC!!! You are such a doll baby!!! We are so glad you love your new mommy, daddy and sissies!!! It just took you a teeny little bit to be sure of yourself is all!!! Pretty soon you will be the bossy butt of the whole house!!! I am so glad he came around and is so happy now!!! We all knew he would...just needed a little socializing is all! He has the bestest mommy in the world!! Can't wait to see him mature into quite the little man!!! Oscar says "Have fun little dude!":D

I am so glad he has turned around. Know that old song, "leavin on a Jet Plane"? i was ready to come for him. I couldn't stand it that my baby was so unhappy. How's the tail today? i bet it is up good now that he has settled in. he sleeps thru the night because I 'bed" my babies down about eight thirty at night. Their lights and tv is turned off and they know it's time to go to sleep. Love the pictures but it hurts me to look at them knowing how unhappy he has been. I NOT GONNA LOOK ANYMORE but thanks for posting them.

I really don't think the word.. " UNHAPPY" is the word that should be used. He was adjusting to his new home and his new sissys.. it takes time..and is a big adjustment.. Noone going to a home like he is in, with a new momma like he has.. could ever be UNHAPPY. He's fine and will continue to thrive.

I just think "unhappy" it not what he was at all..and makes me feel offended for Kimmesmom.

The whole tone of your post sounds offensive to me. She contacts you out of concern for his welfare and now that he's made the adjustment...it HURTS you to look at him? You should be estatic. I think her previous concern shows just how compassionate a pet lover Kimmee's mom is....she was worried about HIM.

Wow....apparently you haven't been breeding for very long. Because if you had been you would know that it takes time for puppies to adjust to their new homes...some can do it in as little as a few hours and some it takes much longer depending on how well the breeder has socialized them. I am not a breeder, but I do know in dealing with the breeder that I got Bonnie from, when I called her in the first few days with concerns, she was more that willing to offer advice and also to tell me just give her time to adjust to the change, and she was always very happy when I would send her pictures. I think if she had made a comment like you did to Dwana I would not have appreciated it very much, and definitely wouldn't have recommended her to other people looking for a yorkie.

KimMee?s Mom I am so very happy for you. KC is so super cute, A little love bug. The first few days he was just wondering where all those other puppies went. KC just needed a little socializing. All puppies need to be socialized, and there was just too many other puppies for them all to get the one on one they needed. You?re a wonderful Mom, and he?s in the very best of care now. I can?t wait to see lots of pictures of KC. It will be so much fun watching him grow up.

SugarsMom, I don?t mean to be rude, but get off your high horse. Have all "your" puppies "adjusted","settled" down the first day they went to their new homes? I would bet KC isn't the first one who needed an extra day to find his way. Shame on you for not wanting to see anymore pictures of KC. He?s a sweetheart, I?m sure you will miss him. He?s in an outstanding home now, and will grow up with lots of love. Most puppies need a few days to adjust to their new homes. He wasn?t unhappy, he was unsure of where he was, and what happened to all the other puppies. Just look at him today, he?s never been happier. He?s one very lucky fur baby, with two very special big sisters, and new parents who will give him all the love he so richly deserves.

Look lady whoever you are. no one was more concerned over this puppy than Dwana and i both. yes it hurts me to look at that little face and know what a hard time he has had adjusting. No one has said anything about his new mommy not being concerned. YES i have a right to feel hurt and sad if my babies are. SO you need to back off my butt. you don't knoww me . You don't knoww the hours i spend with my babies and thee hours Kimmee's mom and I have spent trying to figure this out. WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE SAYING I HAVE OFFENDED YOU??????????? IS this post offensive. It should be because you have made me mad as hell. I am estactic that he is better. I am also very sad that thee little guy had such a rough time. I have a right to be.

i don't feel I am on any kind of high horse and YES all the other ones adjusted to their new homes right away. it has all beeen posted here. Why are you guys jumping on me? I know KC has wonderful parents. I know they are very concerned as I am. I KNOW he has a good home. Just because I said it makes me sad to see his pictures now I am being jumped on. It just reminds me of the rough start he had. perhaps I coould have worded it better. BUT, now people are coming out of the woodwork to jump on me?

dwana and i met and talked and talked. We feel like we have known each other forever. She knows i would never say anything to hurt her and I have been completely honest about KC. It's you all that are making the trouble. You have no idea of all the pm's and calls flying back and forth between dwana and myself. or the things that have been discussed. She knows how upset I have been over him and I know how very upset and concerned she is.

I think all of you have misunderstood Sugar's mom. Think about it...you almost feel like these babies' mommy...think about how you feel when you have to leave your baby to go on vacation...if it was anything like me I missed them terribly. It would be impossible not to bond with the puppies and I think Sugar's mom was just kinda "thinking out loud"...not that she'd seriously come and get KC or anything. It proves she really cared about her pups and how they are adjusting to their new home. Who wouldn't be a little bit worried, even knowing he's in a great home!

BTW, KimMee..congrats..he's beautiful...I'm jealous...have I said that before??:D

I think some are being a BIT harsh where Sugar's Mom is concerned!
If you have never raised a litter and had to hand a baby over to a
new home I think you should ease up on the criticizm. Of course
Kimmee is a wonderful person or I doubt Sugar's Mom would have
chosen her for this new guys forever home in the first place. Doesn't
mean she should stop caring once he's out the door though does it? :confused:

yes, I was going to go get him or she was going to bring him to me if he hadn't started doing better. We both agreed that it might be the best. the only thing we didn't want to put him thru that plane ride again. Our only concern was for his well being.

I am very upset that I am being made out to be a bad person here. Kimmee's mom knows I am not likee that and as far as her being offended, i think she would be offended at how some people have turned this thread ugly.

I found that very rude. It's as if KC was unhappy for a long time, no he wasn't, he just needed a few days to adjust. I really don't think he was unhappy, just unsure of where all the little puppies went. After all, playing with them everyday, and then one day their gone. Yep, I think we would all want to know where our little playmates went.
I do know what it's like to have a litter leave. We all look to find the very best homes for them. But I would never ever say I can't look at their pictures. I think if one of my babies was having a hard time adjusting, I would want to see even more pictures. No way would I say I wouln't want to look at them again. If you know in your heart your furbaby is OK, just had a confused start, then why would you not want to see pictures? I would be thrilled to know and see how happy he/she is doing. I could have 100 furbabies, and I want to know about each and everyone of them. Like Dwana said "He just needed a little time to get used to his new big sisters and big ole Texas".

Just a bad hair day, bad wording day? Who knows, but we do know KC is loving his new home.

So now that we know KC is Happy & Healthy, Lets welcome this sweet little boy into his new wonderful home.

Oh KC honey, aren't you the most precious little man EVER??? And although no one told you or asked for your permission, you went to the VERY BEST NEW HOME EVER!! Your new momma is an amazing woman, and the more time you spend with her, the more you will grow to adore her, just like all her good friends do! And your new sissies KimMee and Charlee are the prettiest and most happiest sissies any handsome boy could ever ask for! And your new home? Honey, it's soooo gorgeous! I am sure you have had some chances to explore by now, so you know it's a most beautiful and safe place for a puppy boy to grow and thrive!

KC, Aunti Glad is so happy that you little tail is now wagging and you are barking your little squeaky bark and running and playing with your sissies now. Silly little boy to worry your new momma like that! You were just taking it all in and making your decision as to whether or not you wanted to stay, and now you have decided!! THERE HE IS !!! Dwana - I know you're on the moon with your new addition and ALL THE BEST TO YOU !!! He's so cute and how are the girls adjusting ?? I remember Chanel had her little nose SO bent out of shape when Cheri invaded her turf lol - it took about 2 months for her to stop pouting but they're BEST Friends now and kiss all the time - It's a big adjustment for any puppy and I'm sure he's going to be just fine......CONGRATULATIONS !!!

Oh Dwana, I am so glad he is feeling so much better about his new kingdom!!! To hear that he was running and playing and holding his little tail up over his back did my heart good! And his sisters have taken to him so well!!! And a mommy who loves him to pieces!!! And a daddy who will hold him and explain the whole new house thing and all about the world!!! That was just the sweetest thing to hear about that!!! I know he had a rough start and you were very worried...we ALL were...but now he is just GREAT!!! Looking forward to watching him grow up and become the man we all know he can be!!! This is gonna be so much fun!!!
