it's now 7:50 am and she has been peeing every 10-20 minutes...but nothing really comes out...a few drops. And, she has been pooping every 15-20 minutes..very little there too. Still digging and carrying on. I think I saw a contraction at 7:28. Her skin rippled from the neck down to her tail and her stomach became like a knot. She did this a few times..then went back to sleep. LOL...she may just sleep through it! I have a feeling this will be a quick delivery. Oh....btw, she is still doing her guard dogging job too...growling and barking at the outside dogs on the porch when she hears them. LOL.

WE HAVE PUPPIES!!!!!!!!!!
Rushed her to vet 15 miles form me...and on an icy road...I drove 85 mph. Emergency C section....ONE BOY and ONE GIRL!!!!!!!!!

I just got the babie on to nurse..I will take pics as soon as i can. Sadie Ann is still groggy, but I fed her out of my hand and she did eat. She hasn't eaten all day.

I'm kind of worried about mommy. She is still shivering and has not got up ONCE since I put her in the whelping pen and put the babies on her. I made her some warm rice with milk and she ate out of my hand...she was still lying down with the pups still nursing. They are SO SMALL!!!! I haven't weighed them yet. The vet said they were too small to weigh on her scales. Deucy is PROUD daddy. His little ears perked up when he heard them cry. He's curious so I held him up to see his babies. He wanted to lick them.
