Lilly Beth 1 Attachment(s) Lilly is now 14 weeks old,she is very active and is doing well with house breaking.i have taught her to sit for treats.she knows where they are and if i ask her if she wants a treat she goes right to where they are kept. she goes to the door and sits and waits for me to take her out.she does have some accidents still.she will get into her car carrier if i ask her if she wants to go bye-bye and when i tell her to go to bed now she gets into her crate by herself.she still dont eat or drink very well but i guess its enough.she wakes me up two times a night for a potty break. Lilly had her second set of shots and the next morning she was sick, not eating or drinking anything.she would just lay and sleep.she was sick for about 3 days and finally threw up and started getting better.she was 2lbs30zs and lost back to 1lbs 90zs. she is back being active but not eating well but is drinking but she is having dry heaves almost daily.i hope she is alright and its not serious.her vet appointment is aug 3rd.here is Lilly now |
Bless her heart! she is so cute & tiny....If she doesn't stop the dry heaves I would call your vet tomorrow just to be on the safe side... |
What a cutie pie! And a smart little girl. Cali gets the dry heaves if her tummy is empty. I try never to let her go more than 8-9 hours with out something t eat and thens she is fine. I would mention it to your vet and take her in if she seems lethargic or any other signs of illness. |
Aww, she looks so adorable asleep! :) |
I would definitely give some Nutri-cal. Don't want her getting hypoglycemic. That is so scary. |
She is so adorable! Hope everything goes well for her (& you)! Keep us updated. |
your baby is very precious . . .Welcome to YT. This is a great site to be in . . .lots of information as well as sharing of ideas and of course PICTURES:p |
Lilly Beth is adorable. I agree that the dry heaves can indicate her tummy is too empty. Try anything good for her to see if she will eat; yogurt, scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, boiled chicken w/rice, etc. Nutrical daily also, just to make sure she doesn't go into hypoglycemia. That is a lot of weight for her to lose. I hope she starts to eat better for you and fattens up a bit!!! |
She's such a little cutie! Welcome to YT :) |
She really is sweet!:) |
