officially a yorkie mom (: So yesterday, I went to go look at the puppies, there were only 2 of 4 left. I chose the one that the breeder said was energetic but more laid back than the other male pup! His name is snoopy and he is 14 weeks! I was wondering if you had any tips on how to keep him from getting sick cold weather; Thanks :) |
Oh congrats on getting your new pup! You will just love being a Yorkie mom. They are the best. ;) I don't really have many tips on keeping them from getting sick, if its very very cold I put a coat on my girl and if she's in the rain when she uses the potty I just make sure to dry her off really well once she comes back inside. None of my girls have ever had colds (at least not any that I'm aware of). Best wishes to you!!! |
Thank you so much :) I am pretty sure I will be having lots of questions as my baby snoopy gets older! and thank you for the tip I will be sure to bundle him up when it is cold. |
Congratulations! Looking forward to seeing some pictures and hearing some stories. Warm and dry for Snoopy! Clean water and frequent feeding. |
Awe congrats new mama! Your little guy is definitely going to steal your heart. Can't wait to see some pictures. :) |
thank you all! okay so snoopy woke up today with watery eyes and a wet nose (watery) & I THINK he sniffles sometimes; does anyone know what this could be? thanks |
Congrats on getting your new puppy :) I don't know what it could be but I suggest taking Snoopy to the vet. |
Thank you for the suggestion! I took him to the vet and they said he had kennel Cough (Minor Infection). |
