2oz Puppy
 
cELCIE HAD 5 PUPPIES LAST NIGHT BUT ONE OS ONLY 2OZ. HAVE NURSE MATE GOING O GET MILK NOW ANY OTHER HELP WOULD BE GREAT> SHE IS WEEK AND WON'T NURSE WELL. hAD ONE LAST LITTER DIDNOT MAKE IT WANT THIS ONE TO MAKE IT. TALKED TO MY VET ABOUT TUBE FEEDING HE SAID TO BIG A RISK. BOTTLE FEED. SO GOING TO GET MILK. WRITE YOU ALL SOON

I have found that the bottles don't work too well. I have used an eyedropper instead...you can get them to take more that way. Also, it might be easier to read your posts if you don't do it in all caps....just a friendly suggestion.

I have great luck with bottlefeeding these tiny ones.

wow i have never thought about using an eye dropper...thanks!

bottle feeding doesn't work to well with me either.

Bad news the tiny baby pasted away late last night. Did everything I could for her. I miss her.But am thankful for the other four puppies I have, and to all of you and th suport you gave. Congratulations of your new litter, and also sorry to hear of the little one that did not make it. 2 ounces is so very tiny...I'm sure you did what you could but sometime nature takes a different course than we would like to choose. Hugs to you and the new yorkie family

sorry about you loss...i had loss a few before and it is heartbreaking but you have to be strong for the survivors...
