Chizzie has had the 6th puppy...

.... Chizzie is incredibly tired now though.... please pray this 7th pup comes quickly and safely! :(

6th puppy is a little boy... his name is Kossum! :D

Cindy thinks there are TWO more now! :eek: 8 Puppies!

Awww Chizzie, you are doing so good! We know you've got to be tired, but keep going.....it's almost over. Hugs to you, your mommy & daddy and all of your little babies!
Is Cindy giving her anything (whelping pudding, nutrical) to keep her strength up?

Oh Oh Oh Oh puppies!!! 7 maybe 8?! OMGoodness Chizzie, poor little mama. Hope you can sleep while you're feeding them. Almost there now. Woo hoo!

Yes she has had a big dose of neutrical, plenty of water, some cottage cheese and some cheeseburger... she's having mild contractions right now, she's in lull I think Cindy said... she's had a shot of Oxytocin and she's giving her a little while and if there's nothing she's going to call the vet... :(


(btw... most of what I said made no sense to me, I sound good though don't I.... :rolleyes:)

I know how you feel and these aren't my puppies! In fact I'm in the UK and Cindy and the pups are in the US! :rolleyes:

:eek: Just saw this .... puppies during the day?? Who woulda thought it! :p I am so thankful things appear to be going well. I have never heard of a Yorkie having so many babies! Praying for Chizzie and Gwammy Cindy! ;)

oh my gosh she has been in labor for like 5 hours now!

poor baby! i hope all goes well!!

I have a minute to post an update. Today has been a long exhausting day. I don't know what I would have done without my wonderful YT family. I thank Vicky - Gypsy & Me for starting this thread and keeping it updated. I would like to thank Kim(Peanut) for keeping in touch by telephone and updating the chat crew -- and I want to than everyone who has viewed this thread and/or posted here - it means a lot to me.

Chizzie has 6 healthy pups nursing (4 girls and one boy) and one pup -- to be named Bonus on the way. I sure hope this 7th little one hurries up cause we are all beyond being tired.
