We still have the one little girl that is staying at birth weight she jumps a few grams and goes back down. She is nursing okay and is very wiggly. None of them cry much... unless mom is away. I am just keeping a close eye. Giving all nutrical and hoping my nutridrops come in the mail today. |
congrats on the new babies they are adorable. |

So Sweet! I love the last photo -- when the babies hang over the side of their mom. Just too sweet for words. They look great.:) |
Awww congratulations, I am so happy for you....4 girls and a boy, that is so special....:p |
Your babies are all so precious. I also love that picture of you in the pen.:p Cute as can be. A fabulous Mommy you are. Hugs to all of you. |
Congrats!!!!!!! |
Babies are all gaining.... YIPPEE!!!! Rex 6.5oz (he is a huge piggy) Pixie 3.9oz (our smallest...but she is gaining slowly) Layla 4.9 oz (our biggest girl!) Puppy #4 4.4oz (Still no name yet ) Annie 4.1oz (she was the smallest but is gaining up on them ;)) We are having a blast. Mommy is sad to have to take them to get tails docked today :( I don't want them to be in pain :( Pray for me and Lilly because we are worried about them leaving home and being so very widdle |
Awww. Don't worry Lilly, these little guys are going to be back in the nest before you know it. The night before I took Coco's puppies in to have their tails docked, Coco was having a little diahrrea so I gave her a small amount of Kopectate. Well, the new formula has aspirin in it and when they docked the puppies' tails they had trouble stopping the bleeding. Had to use a dot of surgical glue. I learned my lesson. Coco said, "Shame on you mommy, you are supposed to know better.":( Don't worry, normally there is almost no blood and you can hardly tell anything happened at all.:) |
I was planning on taking Lilly with me... they didn't tell me any different... should I just take the puppies. I am afraid Lilly is going to flip out  She did fine with Scout last year... but she is way more protective and alert about these babies. She absolutely hates when they cry :( |
I always take the mom because they get too crazy otherwise. Then we leave the puppies and go out to the car and go get ice cream. When we come back, the puppies are ready, and mom can relax. Good luck. |
Ok... that was HORRIBLE :( I don\'t remember Scout crying like that when we docked her tail. The puppies cried all the way home and it has been over a hour and they are still crying. I knew they would be in pain... but the crying is making Lilly go crazy!!!! I just want to curl up and cry :( Is it normal for them to whimper and cry that much... and if so how long? Poor Lilly she is only use to one or two of them crying at a time :( |
I\'ve never had them cry afterwards. Is there any bleeding?? |
