Affordable Yorkie Puppy wanted ASAP in NJ/NY
 

Hello!!! My husband and I are newlyweds and are actively searching for a yorkie puppy. I have had them all of my life and truly want a yorkie to pamper. We just started looking and he is falling in love with them. Our only problem is that we can't seem to find an afforable one from a reputable person in our area. We live in New Jersey, but are willing to look in NY or PA as well. Please help....I want one to love this summer!!!!

Most are show breeders but they occasionally have companion puppies they adopt to good forever homes. If they don't have puppies, they can certainly recommend others good breeders. I called all of them in NY and NJ, none of them had one less then $1800

I have a litter of puppies that are 6 weeks old today. There are two boys who are 1 pound 10 oz and 1 pound 11 oz today. The charts say they should be about 6 pounds when grown. The parents are German. It is very expensive to get papers, but I could send pedigrees from the two that are getting registered from the litter. Mom and dad are both 6 pounds or under.
If your references would check out, I would be willing to sell you one of the boys for $1000. This would include shipping, crate, health certificate, 2 vaccinations and of course the puppy. I usually send food along too. The boys would not be ready to leave for another 4-6 weeks. I usually sell my pet boys for $850 plus shipping ($250). I can give you references too. I have met a couple of YTers, my vet does all of the vaccinations and would be willing to talk with you too. If you are interested, please send your email address so I can send you pictures.

I live in NJ also, and will soon---as of this weekend!!!!!!!---added two Yorkies to our family in the last year. So I am familiar with what Yorkie pups are selling for in our area.
You can definitely get the type of dog you want for under $1,800, in our area. BUT under $1,000.00 is not going to happen if you want the quality of dog you are seeking.
Slyvan Yorkies in PA is an excellent breeder in our area, but again a puppy will be more than $1,000 but not $1,800.00
Just an FYI.....be very careful about the "breeders" in NYC especially Brooklyn, NY and namely: Puppy Elite. This placw is a Total, total rip off. He is nothing but a dog broker who is selling puppy mill Yorkies with no AKC registration, although David states on his website that the doig is AKC registered. I have had one of my Yorkies for almost a year, bought from Puppy Elite, who was supposedly AKC registered and I am still waiting for her papers!!! This is after numerous phone calls and promises of :"David looking into it". Total BS, BIG TIME!!! Stay away from Puppy Elite in Brooklyn, NY. FAR, far, far away!!!

Hi Veronica. I PMed you (Hope you got it) I sent you info. on a woman in my neighborhood that has Yorkies due in a couple of weeks. I got two of my Yorkies from her. Jersey is now a bit over 12 weeks and weighs 2 lbs. 11 oz. I paid $750 for her and the litter that is due (Diff. mother) will be priced at around $800. They are AKC papered. The pups are healthy, very healthy. No parasites, no fleas nothing. The only drawback is that her home is not very clean. Honestly, she has her hands full. She's a nurse and works a lot and her hubby is ill. He had a stroke which left his speech not very good etc. I dealth direct with her for my first, but Jersey she was working and only one female so I didn't want to wait. I dealt with her son who is very nice but young (Around 16 yrs.) If you or anyone else is interested I'd be more then happy to give you the info. I sent the info. to Patti for Pappi as well but she had found a pup for him. Again, the house is not very clean, but the pups were cared for and they were clean and healthy. The parents are their indoor pets. They have a total of 6 adult Yorkies. Hope this may help someone on a budget. Also, my older girl from her is now almost 4 years old and she's had no health issues.
