Maybe looking for a puppy in Ohio?
 

Heyyy everyone :) I've been thinking about getting another furkid for awhile now and lately it's been on my mind non-stop. My boyfriend recently brought it up to me that he would like a male yorkie (which would live with me until we decide to move in together) to be a brother to Maggie. I really want to do this the right way and get in touch with an amazing breeder on here. Problem is: I'm a poor college student :( I paid $1600 for Maggie and can't wait to have her paid off in January(!!), but I cannot even come close to paying that again right now. There are a bunch of newspaper classifieds out there for yorkies and yorkie mixes but I'm really scared to go that way because I know that reputable breeders would never do that. Check them out: vindy.com and go to the classifieds. I know petfinder is always an option but I've looked on there for a long time and most the puppies have a serious illness or are already 5 years old. We would really like to get a puppy. If anyone hears of anything, please let me know because Maggie would LOVE to have a playmate and i would LOVE to have another furkid.

PS- I'm not against adopting doggies- all of the dogs in my family are adopted, except Maggie. Including, Lewie (formally Petey) that Kim (simonandhallie) helped us find!

I got my puppy form a breeder in ohio and i just love her she is the best dog. i researched for a long time till i found her because i wanted a puppy from someone that had the puppies in their home and they were socialized well with people and not a puppy mill and as it turned out the one i found had the puppies in her kitchen and it was her first litter of puppies and they turned out so wonderful my puppy is very loving and paper trained in a week. She said she had one male left at that time. PM me if you are interested and i'll give you her information.

I have read great raves over countryyorkies.com and Garlin Yorkies. Some of the members here have Yorkies from both places. Both places are in Ohio.

I have one little girl left... She is only 6 weeks now, she was born on Halloween...

She is 900.00 with limited AKC registration, 1100.00 for full AKC registration

i REALLY wish I could spend that much. Money is a little tight right now and paying a lot for a dog isn't in the budget. :( :( That is a great price though!

I live in Ohio and have Twix I am asking $700. He is Akc registered. He is going to be advertised in the columbus dispatch Thurs-Sun.

Hi this is sassy's mom I can't believe you still have twix he is such a cutie. I can't believe how beautiful his coat is Sassy is jealous. You can tell everyone i said you have the sweetest puppies. Sassy is just a doll and very smart she is completely house broken in just a week and a half. I am fighting with my husband because if twix is anything like sassy i want him. How much does he weigh now. He is so beautiful.
