Yes I am saying that was a little too much. I am not ashamed of it and you can try to make me look stupid or bad if u want for speakin up for what i saw was a huge injustice. Because reading this thread and some others seemed more like a witch hunt. I have met people on the internet that seemed like that were on the up and up, and the spoke ill of people they didnt know and then once i met them they were the ones who needed to be looking in the mirror. I dont know you or the lady that made this thread. all i can do is take what information i learn her and from other experiences and common sense and try to make better decisions.

My choice of being safe when and if i ever get another yorkie is to go to see the dog and breeder myself so then i can judge and make a good decison myself I personally feel when you perchase a dog over the enternet without seeing it in person and without seeing where it grew up and its surroundings is a mistake, especially for someone that is new to owning a dog or yorkie in particular. when you fly a puppy anywhere that you have not gotten a vets approval of yet is a HUGE risk.

Would i purchase a baby for the ladie that started this thread? no Would i say she is bad for having all those puppies? no I dont know if she is taking care of all of them. I dont know that she is NOt taking care of all of them. IF you feel that concerned then start a thread and notify people of what you feel without pointing fingers. Arm then with the educational tools they need to make a good decision. Stop juping on each and eveyone who you THINK but have NO PROOf is a bad breeder broker or puppy miller. it just makes it look like your on a witch hunt to me. I do say make a stickythread of things to watch for and point out how to find a good breeder.

my point is there is always a better way to do things and a which hunt without proof is not one of those ways. The only way ur going to know if you were right or wrong is if someone goes to visit this lady and her facilities. YESSSSSSSSSSSSss somtimes u are going to be right, but at other time without this kind of proof you are going to accuse the wrong person or the wrong thing when you meant well.

For anyone selling anything anywhere, if they aren't doing anything wrong then what is there to fear?
Giving the prospective buyers the tools of how to find someone to buy from, how to look for red flags is not wrong.
Being silent and let stuff happen that shouldn't have, is.
If everything is as it should be, then where is the problem?

If you want to start pointing and accusing people of things without proof, then and think its ok, then that is on you.

I would simply hate for you all to accuse me of something i am not guilty of. If this lady does run anice facility and the puppies are well taken care of and have a lots of love then God bless her for keeping her head up and not going off on you all with all the negativity you started.

I actually feel as if you are the one in "attack" mode. Lorraine has simple brought to everyone's attention to beware of internet breeders. Several others have posted about having several different breeds and that the sire and dam do look larger than advertised. How long have you been involved with showing or breeding dogs? :confused:

I feel bad that this lady was used as an example, like i said especially if she is innocent I am am not sorry I dont agree with you. But I will make a note to myself note to post in this area anymore because if the person doesnt agree with the majority then keep my mouth shut. I think its funny that since i didnt agree with the "Witch Hunt" you are now accusing me of beeing a breeder or showing. I am not here for glory I was in this forum to learn about the breed.

I just saw an injustice and pointed out i disagreed with it. Never attacked anyone I just stated what i felt and that is i felt bad when i read this thread . I felt the post were so unfair. I understand ur side of the agument, but what was posted seemed very ill willed and malicious.

I am not "turning anything on you". You, like all others are welcome to share your own opinions. It was just my feeling that some of the people on here that have posted threads have been involved with the Yorkie breed for a very long time and are just trying the best way they can to protect it and educate new people that may not be aware of some of the horrible things that do happen I appreciate ALL of the advise and information I read on here from ALL people. I am also sorry if you feel as if you have been attacked so much in your life. My thought and prayers are with you.

I dont feel i was attacked lol I know i was attacked. I know from experience it doesnt feel good when you try to do something positive and people attack you... i mean this lady, but like i said she held her own. I wasnt asking for sympathy lol or prayers although praying is good. I was just saying it looks bad when ever you attack someone. Its like they arent good enough for this forum.

I aint mad at any of ya. I was just saying it looked like a witch hunt in this thread and others threads i have read. In all this people have to use thier heads and simply remember nothing is guaranteed unless you actually see the puppies and the facilities it was raised in. thas all

As harsh as some things are beginning to sound, I must agree with Lorraine on several issues. Buying stuff, whether it is a dog or anything else, is a risk. Posting anything on the internet does open one up to scrutiny. Especially in light of one of Lorraine's previous posts on this thread about the bad breeder of those poor Danes. It is stories like that that give all of us breeders a bad name. I am also leery of the big kennel fire that has been on a couple of other threads. There is a bit to speculate on that too.

My bottom line is that I am as honest with everyone as I can be. I am not perfect. I do not breed perfect, show quality, necessarily within the standards puppies. I never claimed to. If 10 people came to see me, much depending on their own attitude, you would most likely get 10 different reports. Fault finders will find fault. It is a fact. Is it fear? Maybe. Noone likes to be put down especially if they are giving it their all.

You've already judged her yourself ...You said anyone who buys a dog off the internet is making a 'mistake' - That's a pretty general statement & eliminates a good percent of the people who post in this Section ....then you jumped in with some scam email ....no one accused the original poster of scamming anyone ...

as Lorraine said - People have every right to ask questions here ....What I saw was people who know the right questions to ask looking for some legitimate answers -

it's a BUYER BEWARE WORLD NOW ...I think all of them were asked in such a way that left room for the answers ... This site has SO many people selling dogs on it - it only stands to reason they should be able to answer questions honestly...most people should be grateful people even take the time to ask these questions - if everyone stayed silent - how would you all know the real breeders from the scam breeders ?? I'm NOT saying THIS THREAD is a scam - but I've seen quite a few that were not legit and when asked the right questions...they were found out.

It's simple - when dogs are selling for the prices they are now - why wouldn't we want to know all we can about the sellers ?

ps...Dawgcrazee - good luck and you handled yourself very well - I hope you didn't feel people were attacking you - the questions were all good ones and from what I saw - it's nothing personal - but when you post on sites like this - yes ...answering questions & hearing opinions is a big part of it

I have not been involved in this thread at all but I do have to ask one question that you opened yourself up to, but thank you for being honest at least.. IF as you say you do not breed "necessarily within the standard" yorkies (never mind show quality) WHY do you breed?

You are not improving the Yorkshire Terrier breed. You obviously do not care about the future of the breed as a whole. You just.... breed.WHY? This is not said in a derogatory manner I truly am interested in your answer.

Making people aware a breeder has a lot of different breeds is a witch hunt? I posted it. There weren't any malicious intentions. This is something I would want to know about a breeder. She responded. This is "a huge injustice?" None of it is false.

I just hope all of this back and forth doesn't get her thread closed.

That is a valid question. The original post is for 3 CKC registered Yorkshire Terrier puppies. They are pure bred, pet quality pups for someone looking for a pure bred, pet quality puppy. They are gorgeous, healthy puppies that need lots of love and have lots of love to share. They are for folks who want a Yorkie but can't afford show quality, standard puppies.
