They were born November 29th making them 13 weeks old of pure energy! They are all small. When I had them to the vet at 11 weeks 3 days, Venus and Leo weighed 2.4 pound, Cosmos was 2 pounds and Neptune was 1.7 pounds. Based on their weigh and my unscientific guess, I'm guessing they will all be between 3.5 and 4 pounds. I keep track of all my babies weight on a regular basis and compare with our grown ones. That's my unscientific system. What I've found is I usually guess high. Of course, there is always one now and then that just keep on growing. On the other hand, I gave one away last Mother's Day to my daughter's boss who had just lost their 13 year old YT. Blondie was already 5 pounds and her mother weighs 8 so I thought she would keep growing, but she didn't get any bigger. My little solar babies need to find someone special as we have another litter due in about 2 weeks. I have more pictures on my website: http://garlinyorkies.info. Besides that, I get way too attached to all of them and it gets harder to see them go if they stay on too long.

Their mommy is Sassy, we also refer to her as Mouth of the South! And daddy is Gizmo. He has the strong genes and his babies coloring is more like him. The hair on their heads is just starting to show the change in color. His head is almost white, when he's clean and his back is light silver blue. We almost lost him Feb. 4th. He got into a fight with one of our other dogs and ended up in the emergency room over-night. And we were on our way driving home for FL. Thank goodness our granddaughter and ex-son-in-law was there when it happened. He's doing pretty good now, still a little shaky on his feet now and then, but not very often. It sure was scary, especially since all our information was by phone. I was really impressed with the vet, they called a couple of days after we brought him home, just to see how he was doing.

Sassy's mouth is always going, even if there isn't anything ther to bark at............Gizmo hates to have his picture taken.
