Little "Angell" yorkies for sale in Oregon,Female Male We have a litter of three yorkies for sale in Oregon. These little "Angells" are 4 weeks old. We are a 2 dog home, not a large scale breeder. Our puppies dont even know what a cage or kennel is. They are raised in our home as a part of our family. They are well socialized and are used to children. The mommy yorkie is a highly intelligent beautiful 4 pounder and the daddy yorkie is a handsome tiny 3 pound teddy bear. We might be willing to ship to the right family, but we really prefer to have the new families come pick them up. My Minnie had 2 females and 1 male. Female = $1500. Male = $1250. not to be rude or anything but, are you going to give the puppies away at 4 weeks? that seems waaaay too soon..... |
Well puppylove123 you were rude and insulting!!!!!!!!! Of course they are not leaving our home at 4 weeks. Why do you feel the need to post such a reply? Are you interested in my puppies? For the record these little angells are OBVIOUSLY not at an age to go to their new home. UPDATE: Deposit taken on a female Still available. One female and one male |
If you didn't want them asking the question then you should have stated they were not ready. you had clearly stated 4 weeks as the age of them with no indication of when they would be ready. Maybe she was asking for some info. about the puppies. |
I don't think puppylove was being rude. Just sounds like she was concerned. |
she definately was not being rude. i thought the same thing about the puppies and them being way too young to go to new homes and then i saw her post. and as for "obviously" being too young... a lot of "breeders" feel 5 weeks is an okay age for puppies to to new homes. maybe you should've specified in your post when they would be ready to go to new homes. |
Puppylove did nothing wrong! She was just concerned. I would have asked the same question. |
Hi. I am not trying to tag team on "Angell" but you could have been a little more clear and not accused "Puppylove" for being insulting. That question was not rude. However, at the same time, isn't it safe to say that most of us know a pup is not ready to go to a new home until 8 weeks anyway???? "Angell" was obviously letting you know that the pups were recently born and are currently 4 weeks. Just my opinion. Thanks! |
10 weeks is what most reputable breeders consider the minimum age to release yorkie pups with 12 weeks being better for proper development. It is not considered rude to ask pertinent questions of any kind when inquiring about puppies for sale. Responsible breeders should be ready and willing to answer a myriad of questions about pups and ask plenty about the new homes they are going to. jmo |
Wow - puppylove123 was FAR from rude and asked a very valid question... yorkieangell.....IF you had put when they were ready for sale that would change things.... but you DID say 4 weeks and there was no need to jump all over her....sorry but YOUR response was the rude one. IMO....If you're going to try to sell puppies here I would try to be a little more civil and tolerant of simple questions. |
I went to your website...and I guess everyone can advertise as they want - but this ? Exquisite Tiny Pocket Teddy Bears and you're breeding a THREE POUND Female ? Poor girl - I feel sorry for her...in my opinion.... that's awfully small to be breeding. NO OFFENSE MEANT - just an opinion. |
Well, I don't agree with breeding the three pound female but with my hubby and i being in the business of breeding beagles for over thirty years, I din't even question the the four week thing everyone is in such an uproar about. Some of the sites we sell on ask,"age of puppy at this time". Even if it doesn't, we always put the age because that is when we are ready to take deposits. Sometimes we will say, 'ready to go" such and such a date and sometimes not. It is understood in the profession that beagle puppies go nowhere until they are six weeks old, have had first shots and wormed. They of course, can't fly until eight weeks old. Hardly anyone feels the need to say, "when will they be ready"? Knowing this, I kind of felt like the question was a LITTLE rude too. She could have asked, "when will these puppies be ready to go"? That would have been much nicer. |
Puppylove..If your like that with all potential customers or just general questions. My suggestion is...DONT BREED!!!!! All she did was ask a question and if your going to be loosed tongued and rude maybe you should re think this whole breeding idea. Also I would like to add that having a website that we can see that you breed 3 pound females is something you really dont want to do. We have very strong opinions on that as well. I am not trying to be "rude" but stating facts! :thumbdown. I see your new....Word to the wise..dont be hateful and judgemental all the time or nobody here will even want you hear or talk to you. You might as well talk to a wall!! JMO |
Everyone can have any opinion they want. The question was an insult to me. I dont feel it was a question to me at all. It was a statement to me. Admin didnt state that I needed to submit when the puppies would be ready to go to their new homes. I felt it is common sense that they most definately are not ready to go anywhere. I am new here you are right, I have never heard of anyone letting a puppy go at 4 weeks. I welcome any question, I have nothing to hide from you people. Once again , I felt insulted that that person even had to ask in such a matter. It wasnt polite, they insinuated ,that I was actually dumb enough to let a puppy go at 4 weeks. I think that had you been presented with that comment, you might have same reaction.... INSULTED. However, as insulted as I felt, I do think I over-reacted, and for that I do appologize. Before I placed that thread on here I was reading alot of posting people wrote. So many judgemental people in yorkie talk. Thats fine ...I have my opinion on things to. This place seem to have a lot of real nice people who genuinely care about this breed. I am one of them . I have never had any other breed share my home. Only yorkies. I love them. 15 wonderful years of yorkies so far. NEVER once have I lost a dog. And in those 15 years...only one c-section. And it was a 5 pound female that had to have it, not the 3 pound. |
