Maya, how old is your child? Like everyone else, I feel so distraught by what this breeder did to you....unacceptable and inexcusable. When you are more comfortable, hopefully you will be willing to wshare the name of the breeder with the forum, at least providing the breeder the opportunity to express where she had missplaced her mind, pulling such a stunt.

Maya welcome to YT! There are some wonderful breeders right here on YT...Cloverhill Yorkies, Rosehill Yorkies and Amazing Yorkies to name a few...what that breeder did to you was unfathomable...I would have gone off, but that's me, it still doesn't ease your heart....hopefully you will find your new furbaby soon! :)

Am I missing something? What kind of stunt did the breeder pull?

Yes! There is a big part of Maya's plight missing from this thread. She'd made arrangements to purchase a pup from a AKC breeder she'd found only to show up & have that breeder tell her that she'd given her promised pup to someone else. (paraphrased)

Some of her threads were deleted because she'd double posted not realizing there was going to be some time before they'd be seen before being released from moderation. (That's done automatically to slow down the spammers.)

Wow that breeder really messed up. A simple phone call could have fixed that. I hope that breeder wasn't upstate because to travel far and hear that is bad business.

Totally off topic, but anyone else have links showing up in the original post? Example, "furever" is hyperlinked and when I click it I go to amazon. It's a Santa garden gnome holding a cat.

I haven't had any in my posts. BUT I have keep seeing them in others people posts and it's very annoying. It seems like it is being done automatically. I wonder if Admim knows this happening. It has to be something with site and it's program.
