We've been raising yorkies for about 10 years. My mother raised them before that, and she's where I acquired my very first Yorkie. My husband works offshore drilling, while I stay home with my 15 yr old daughter, 9 yr old son, and our Yorkie family. We are licensed as an LLC; however, we are not a kennel. Our yorkies are inside our home with us! They are our family! We prefer puppies be picked up, but we do ship them. It costs $250 to fly to most major airports. We require a $300 deposit. 2 of those photos are obviously fake. I'm not sure if Yorkietalk allows that or not, but it certainly reflects badly on you to use faked photographs to sell your dogs.:thumbdown |
I'm sorry you feel that way. I am not trying to misrepresent my puppies in anyway. Their original photo is beside the digital one.. I also provide a video of my puppies if they can't be seen in person. I think they are adorable pictures. People pay good money to have this done at photographers, and I myself do them, print them out, and send them with the puppy. I love photography and most especially digital creations with my own yorkies.. . I can't believe I would be judged as a breeder for this. |

I appreciate your concern, but rest assured our puppies come first. Most the time our puppies are with us until they are about 4 months old. I am never in a hurry to part with any of them. However, I do not wait until they are 12 weeks before I list them. They are considered available and that was simply my interpretation. The rule said to list puppies for sale at 10 weeks. They are 10 1/2 weeks old, and if I received a deposit today, I would not be sending them on an airplane tomorrow. Furthermore, I do not usually post on YT classifieds as I am not a daily poster and after 2nd thought I feel it may be inappropriate to have used this service. I have asked that this ad be removed, but apparently it is against the rules... I hope I've answered your question. Please don't hesitate to e-mail me if you have any further concerns about my breeding practices. |

I don't know what group you are referring to.. I believe you have me mistaken for someone else. I apologize if my photos have offended anyone. I have been a member here for a long time. I have enjoyed reading the post or looking for what others have to say about a topic, but I don't have time to post that much. For that reason, I apologize for using the classifed service here. :( |
I personally do not think you need to apologize for anything. As far as I can see from this thread, you have answered all questions that have been asked. You have beautiful babies! Could it be that some have judged you only because you have pics of yorkies in teacups? You are showing the original photo of your yorkie pup along with the photoshopped pic. What's wrong with that? I do not know you personally, but from reading this thread, you are a yorkie breeder who loves the breed & raises them in yr loving home. I applaud you for not leaving abruptly, and answering any questions that have been brought up. Hoping if you have been wrongly accused, an apology to you will follow. |

I had a very pleasant email exchange with Tammy yesterday regarding Miley and Bently and have been to her website. The pictures are adorable and if anyone was truly interested I am sure she would provide more. Tammy seems more than knowlegable about her own babies as well as others and other breeders. I am glad I stumbled upon her post yesterday. Thank You Tammy!:) |
