Limited registration? Spay/neuter contract? Why not hold until they are at least 12 weeks old? |
Do you have photos? |
3 Attachment(s) They will have full registrations. There is no Spay/neuter contract required. It might take a week or two in order to sell them, but they are very active and healthy. |
No there is no Spay/neuter contract and They will have full registrations. Pictures are uploaded and awaiting approval from yorkietalk administration |
Why no spay/neuter contract? Health guarantee? |
4 Attachment(s) Here are some new pictures of the puppies taken today. There is a health guarantee with these 2 little fellas. As for the reply to the spay/neuter contract. I do strongly believe that spay or neutering your pet will greatly improve the health of your pet and is the reasonable thing to do. BUT I will not force or try and force someone to do so in order do have a family pet. They should want to do it willingly or their pets health. |
These two little guys are coming from multiply champion bloodline. Which are as follows: RENMAR STARDUST LIL BOUNCER- 10002828638-AXA CALVIN KLEIN- TP03673401 BOBBY D. SWAVE- TN28015804 GAMBLIN'ON DESTINY- TP30433602 |
That's great but if you sell them on an open registration to just anyone; what's to prevent them from breeding with say, a maltese, or the next-door neighbor's poodle? Just curious as to how breeder's preserve their champion bloodlines. |
It seems that this spay/ neuter contact means a great deal to alot of people on this forum. I don't really want to get in a debate or offend another persons feelings with what I believe. Again there is no spay or neuter contract required and I will give a health guarantee on this two little guys. I am very straight forward and sorry if I offend anyone here. I have receive almost a dozen emails about this matter and would like to post it for anyone else that is wondering the same question. |

I have listen to the members' of YT and have considered to LIMIT the registrations for the puppies. I do have these two little guys best interests at heart also. Please give info on limiting their registration with ACA and/or CKC. I have never limited a puppy's registration before and need a little direction. But one thing I am firm on is the NO Spay/ Neuter contract. I will not try and force someone to do this. I think they should be a good parent and decide what is best for their pet health. |

I respect any breeder who DOES have a spay/neuter contract. |
With a Spay/Neuter contract, doesn't that mean that if you do decide not to spay or neuter your puppy and you breed the puppy then you cannot register the pups of that litter? Of course if that is the case, people could still breed the puppies and then sell them to the type of people who are willing to buy a puppy simply based on the fact that the parent has papers(whether or not the puppy will have any papers). However, then the line that the puppy came from would not be able to be ruined by a bad breeder correct? And technically no breeder could "make" a new puppy owner spay/neuter their puppy they could simply sell the puppy with the hope and word that the new owners will actually spay/neuter right? Just trying to understand a spay/neuter contract. If i am wrong about anything please correct me. I just want to expand my knowledge:) My puppy was sold to me on a spay/neuter contract so it does peak my interest, although i do not plan to breed him at all, in fact he gets neutered tomorrow and im very nervous about it! |
