Sorry to hear your sweet boy has so many health problems. Did you get with the original breeder to let them know? What was their response? Are they at least helping with vet expenses? Refunding purchase price? That is quite a package of problems. I would think a full refund would be in order. But I guess it would all depend on the breeder and the health guarantee....and whether or not the state of purchase has a puppy lemon law. Florida has one and it is better than most health guarantees I have read online. But who wants to have to go to court to fight it out? He sure is a good looking boy (the one in your avatar, right?) Shame he has so many things to contend with.

Deb no that is Yogi in my avatar, Micah is my Biewer boy he is in my album i bought him from Michael O & MariAnne ???:) I went through he$$ trying to work out something
with him and he finally sent partial payment on expenses at UT but never paid a dime on the purchase price,Micah's dad is (Bee Gee boy) and he has produced many with cryptoids & MVD puppies that came to the USA

That's not right. He should have atleast refunded you $$ to make Micah's price into pet price. I didn't know your Micah was also a collaboration of Michael Ostern and Marianne Schroter.

Yes he is.. but i never knew about MariAnne until it was time to send pmt for Micah, then i was asked to send the money to someone else,then that was changed and i was asked to send it to MariAnne oh well my mom used to say "you never get to old to learn" I just hope someone will learn from our costly mistakes

He has puppy pics up in the general threads, someone with experience from them may want to warn people. I asked if it was from the two I had heard of with LS and he said no.
