***Added information*** When I had Nikki and Peanut here together they didn't get along very well so I assumed Peanut didn't like males. However, my husband reminded me that Peanut was fine with the little stray male we kept (other than wanting to mark because the little stray wasn't neutered and he marked a couple of times before we got belly bands on him) and he was fine with Tristan (who is neutered) when we pupsat for him for 4 days. So, my first assumption may have been wrong and it may have just been that Nikki and Peanut didn't like each other. |
Just a reminder..... Little Peanut is still available to the 'right' home. I've had some inquiries but nothing has worked out so far. You couldn't ask for a better little dog...the work is done so all that's left to do is love him! :luvu: |
I have had several inquiries for Peanut but none of them have been the right home so we are still looking for Peanut's new family...could it be you?? Peanut is a sweetheart who loves to travel but he also enjoys quiet evenings at home. He is a perfect little lap dog but he also enjoys chasing his favorite toys...he plants them in the hallway for me and when I look towards the end of the hall or next to the curio cabinet there all I see is one little eyeball watching that toy and waiting for me to kick it his way! Peanut is a loving and special little dog and I would like to find that one special home where he will be loved and treated like a forever member of his new family...and a little (or a lot!) of spoiling would be nice too! ;) |
O.k...I give up...I never imagined it would be so hard to place such a wonderful little dog. I can't seem to find an appropriate home for my little guy so he is no longer available for placement. |

1 Attachment(s) I have not had any luck placing Peanut in the right home so he is still available. Yes, you can buy a puppy for less but Peanut is already up to date on everything, he's house trained and neutered and those would be added expenses with a new puppy. I would like to see Peanut go to a home where there are no small children and he would either be the only dog or he will be with another small dog about his same size. |
i would love to take care of peanut. unfortunatly we just cannot afford to pay that much for a dog right now. we have a full house of two small dogs and i know we could really love on him, but don't have the finances now for it. i sure hope that he finds a good home. i'm glad ur willing to keep him until he finds the "right" home |
