Very sweet and friendly dog, he loves other dogs and to play, loves to snuggle. His favorite place is your lap or perched on the back of my couch where he has a view out of the window. I'll post pics in a little bit, I need to take some new current ones. He's got a nice coat and is a very pretty boy. He uses a doggie door and potties outside. |
Has he been neutered? |
3 Attachment(s) He's not been neutered yet, I waited a while hoping his other testicle might drop, and now my vet has retired and I haven't found a new one yet. Here are pics of him, he wouldn't pose very well, I took him out to my garage to my grooming area and the other dogs started barking in the house so all he cared about was trying to go see what was going on, he likes to be right in the middle of everything. |
Whitney he is adorable!! |
He is a real good looking pup. |
I like his facial expressions :) |
He has such a cute handsome face! |
So cute! He looks like a sweet little guy! All our best wishes in finding him a home! :-) |
He looks smaller than 5lbs!! He is gorgeous! |
I'm just curious...Why can't you breed a dog with one testicle? Is it a genetic flaw that might be passed on? By the way he really is a handsome little devil. I wish dh would let me have another! He looks like he could be related to my Adie. |

Hey there Lou ;) To answer your question, yes it is considered genetic and can be passed on to offspring. I believe that is why he is being sold~but please correct me if I am wrong. :) Many times a neuter will be more extensive and costly when the testicle(s) have not dropped. There is always the possibility that they will be up inside of the abdomen and even intestines. Bogey had one side that did not drop but the vet was able to feel it prior to his neuter~thank goodness. I'm wondering what the vet has said about this little guy? Are they palpable on exam or will additional exploratory surgery be needed? |
Thanks Jodi! |
He looks like and reminds me of my Peppee. Good luck rehoming him! |
They also are more likely to develop cancer if they have this...it is called cryptorchidism. It is kind of hit and miss surgery if they cannot palpate it...they actually have to go in and hunt for it. To the OP: I hope you will make sure that he is going to someone who will neuter him. Some people would breed him anyway. :( |
Do you still have this little fella? How are his knees? |
