Heidi came from a litter of one . Her mother didn't have difficulty to deliver her. As I can see $300.00 is from the lower price . If the Yorkie is not register but healthy , go for it . |
hello everone!! Well, the update is I spoke with the person who is selling the pup and she told me that she had bred her female which weighs (2-3 lbs) with in this order... male yorkie, male yorkie and chihuaha....... so now I am worried it will be mixed..... what to do, what to do./....... could a vet tell or blood work?????? |
What do you want a purebred or a mix ? Why a bloodwork ? If this pup come from a mother of 2 - 3 pounds , I would suggest this breeder to immediately see Dr. Phil . |
Oli, I am not following you with your post, still dazed I guess from my 3day weekend. Sorry!! I am looking for a pure bred.... I meant is there a way to tell if the dada was yorkie or chi, given the scenario???? Anyone in Texas selling a yorkie????? |

Coty was an only pup! Cindy, Did you call the breeder that I gave you the info on? |
Tart, actually not yet.. I am still trying to get my wonderful hubby to agree with a bigger $$$ limit..... but so far, he's agreed to drive for my pup only in texas.... umm...... can you give me her info again. ***Plus, I am kinda hoping I can get a pup sooner than that... |

Someone that slipshod in breeding practices would be giving me a lot more to worry about than whether or not the pup was mixed. $300. is no bargain for a pup from someone this careless....though maybe she could use the $ to pay for Dr. Phil. |
If I were you , I would not buy the puppy . Just my own opinion , this is a real shame to breed a 2 - 3 pounds females . |
Cindy, I re-sent the PM with the breeder info in it to you again. BTW....the breeder I'm referencing lives in Victoria, Texas. If I were you, I would not buy this puppy unless you want a mixed breed and are fine with that. It sounds like you want a purebred and from what you're telling us, it sounds like a crapshot! You just can't be guaranteed what you're going to get and the breeder knows this. Save your money to get what you really want. I know that you're excited. But someone out here has the puppy that you want and that's what you should hold out for. |
I just had a one litter pup, so this is possible. But I just read your update. I have to wonder what breeding practice this woman is up to !!! Why would she want to multi sire any litter???? I know this can happen by accident, but I can imagine using this as a method of breeding.... :thumbdown I would be very concerned !!!! |

more expensive than alot of other breeds. |
Dr. Phil for sure. Quote:
Animal Protective League in your city and get a nice mix to love. If you want a pure breed save and do alot more looking. |
Yea that is normal and why they are normally more expensive. You are getting an excellent price on a yorkie. |
Very much confused now..... Well, thanks to everyone for responding,.. I don't think she did this purposely, however I also believe it was wrong... but I feel for the puppy. I really don't know what to do.... I mean there is the possibility of the pup being full bred also right?> I know she is selling the pup at a low price because she is not sure of the complete breed, I do think that shows alot about her character if she is being up front with this info, don't you guys think? I think it is best for me to wait, see the pup and deceifer for myself what I think, but for my own mind go in there with the possiblity that it MIGHT NOT be what I wanted and be prepared to leave without the pup.... who knows? Any advice anyone? |
