im in love...sooo cute:littleang |
Thank you. I have my babies advertised on several sites and newspapers and have not received one call on them. I realize the economy is tough, no where worse than in Michigan but I am really surprised even after considerably reducing the price, still nothing. This was not a planned breeding, long story... but I was told my Annabelle would probably never have puppies, immature ovaries, low hormone count...blah blah...low and behold 3 years later, here we are. Well... I guess I have 2 more members of my furry family. Thank you again for your reply. |
Do you have any pictures? :D |
pics of the babies 4 Attachment(s) Here are some pics of the babies. Sorry it took so long, couldn't figure out how to resize them. The first 2 are the little boy, 3 & 4 are the female. Let me know what you think of them. |
little boy sold The little boy is now sold and "Addison" is still available. She is now 12 weeks old. She's a cutie. |
she is adorable I hope she fonds her home soon. |
Precious pups. Hope they go to wonderful homes. |
Addison Thank you. Finding good homes is always the biggest worry I have when letting my babies go. I fret over every baby that is adopted. Even careful screening doesn't always turn out as we hope. Had a couple of incidents in my 40 years of breeding that I would never have expected to happen. Addison is going through separation anxiety. She was the instigator of trouble and is searching the house to pounce on her brother. Her mom is trying to get her to play but she wants no part and keeps going back to her bed and you can just feel her loss. I feel so bad for her. I know it will take a few days for her to get over this and she will again be the little ball of fire that she was before. Now as for Me.....it takes a lot longer:(. |
How much are you asking for the female? My husband said we could possible add a 2nd yorkie during Christmas time/after Christmas. We are from Florida but have family in Indiana and will be driving there for the holidays. If you still have her at the end of December (though I hope she has found a home by then of course) we may be interested. But only if she didn't already have someone looking at her. |
Addison I am asking $1000 for her, and if I keep her for much longer the price is liable to go up to a million:). The longer I keep her the more attached I get, you know how that goes. She is a very calm, laid back, lap layer. It is very hard, the older I get to "allow" my babies to be adopted. You spend so much time caring for them that to keep that "emotional check" in balance sometimes gets a little difficult. But check back with me when the time for getting your new addition gets closer and thank you for inquiring on Addison. |
AKC female Addison OMGosh, I wish I had the extra money, I would most definitely buy her from you! I think I saw your ad on Hoobly.com. I live over n Holland, the other side of the state from you. She is darling:aimeeyork! I am selling my 8 1/2 week old female for $600, but that wouldn't be enough to get your lil Addie:( |
Addison still looking for her forever home. 2 Attachment(s) Attachment 252008 Addison is still available. She is turning out to be a very special little girl. She is doing very well on housebreaking and leash training. She is quiet when its crate time but loves to run and play when we take her for her leashed walks. Her dam is champion sired with 12 more ch. in her 4 generation pedigree. Addison is not only beautiful but has the most wonderful personality and will make someone the perfect companion. Here ae recent pics of Addison and her mom Annabelle. |
sold Both puppies have now found their new forever homes. Thank you. |
I am so happy to hear that you found a home for Addison! |
Thank you Wendy. It was a tearful goodby. I thought I would be keeping her. Just when I was going to pull my ads along came a retired couple that fell in love with, first her pic, then Addison sealed the deal when she smothered them in kisses when they came to see her in person. (She wasnt supposed to do that). I called them a couple of days later and asked if they were ready to bring her back and they said "'I'm sorry but no hun, she is the most wonderful puppy we have ever owned." Darn it! I REALLY was not expecting to sell her, but she went to a wonderful home and for that I am grateful. Where in Michigan are you from? |
It sounds like the PERFECT home for her!! Aww and to give kisses to her new Mommy and Daddy is wonderful :) I am in the Grand Rapids area. Do you ever go to the Michigan meet ups? You really should! Would love to meet you in person! :) |
I'm glad your babies went to good homes :) |
I am smitten with the little gil,I imagime she is out of my price range. Her face is darling and what a perfect age. |
Sorry Wendy I missed this post. Been hectic around here lately. Extended stay guests, a death in the family AND Thanksgiving. Very stressed! I have never been to the Michigan Meet ups. Could you let me know about them? |
Sorry the little girl has found her forever home. She was a wonderful puppy and I REALLY miss her. I thought for sure I would be keeping her but a retired couple called and was so excited about adding her to their emptly nest and she was the perfect fit for them. It was a hard decision but one that I felt good about after meeting them. Thank you for asking about Addison though. |
When I first saw those pictures I knew they wouldn't last last long. They are just the cutest puppies I've seen. Great job finding the perfect homes for them. I'm proud for you and for them. |
Thank you, I was more than a little surprised that I did not receive one phone call on the little girl until her now new owner came along. Not one. I ran numerous ads in the newspaper as well as posting it on several internet sites. I truly thought Addison would remain mine but all happened for the best (I guess). She has a wonderful home with new owners who are spoiling her terrible and for that alone I count my blessings. |
new homes Wow, That was fast as I was reading in a short paragraphs they were all gone. You Go Girl. Cheryl/Jack/Bella:aimeeyork |
I started advertising taking deposits when they were 8 weeks, then kicked it in with heavy advertisement at 11 weeks old and didn't get a single call untill 14 weeks old. Usually, in the past anyways, with my Newfies I already had deposits on most before they were 5 weeks old. So this was very different with the Yorkies. Good thing I only had 2 to sell. I'm sure the economy played a big part in not getting the calls I expected. |
