I could not believe it! My husband was going through our new basement (new home) and was unpacking and rearranging boxes and came across my old, very old, show photos (ones I ended up not throwing away). These date back to the late 70's and 80's!! Now I guess I am showing my age. :p
I am even PG in a couple of them. Wow! Well, I just thought I would share them with you all. Thanks for letting me go down memory lane. :D

Memories, what would do without them? Isn't it wonderful how you can
relive the moment with a picture? That must have been such a wonderful
time for you. The puppies in those pictures are beautiful.

Thank you all for your comments. The photos reminded me of some great times and I had some really good yorkie friends that really helped me so much. I thank them for mentoring me and helped me to do so well. It was a lot of work and is also now, but worth all the extra effort.

I had thought all the photos were gone. They were a wonderful present my husband found. I truly miss all my past babies so much!

Boy, it just makes me know I am getting old - next year it is the big 5 0 !. And - hey - where did all those years go?? :eek: I was very thankful my hubby found them. :)

Great pictures! Bet they spark alot of memories.
I like the line up one! One of the dogs is acting up a bit, but its not your dog, he/she is standing pretty!! Lets me see, not all dogs go out and act perfectly. :thumbup:

Dawn - no they are all not the same dog. In the 1st post: pic 1 - Foxfire, pic 2 - Snickers and Becky, pic 3 - Bamba, pic 4 - Becky winning Best in Match (my own home-bred).
Post 2: pic 1 Chrissy and her friend, pic 2 and 3 - Bamba, and pic 4 Foxfire.

This is what makes showing so interesting. You never know when you will have a dog act up. They have moments too. I am in the purple dress in that photo, but we, as exhibitors, know how easy it can happen to all of us (dogs not wanting to behave) while in the ring.

I wish!! My bones and muscles sure do feel my age. It seems like every year my feet get further and further away. And it gets harder to get down on the floor to do the line up in the ring. Reason why I love dogs that free stack!! But then I feel strange being the only one standing. Go figure! :D

Those pictures are awesome and I bet they bring beck memories not only of the shows and friends but of your doggies that arent with you anymore. I bet it makes you miss them so much. It is funny how you have your imaginary face that you think the person behind the user name might look like. I would have never guessed you to be a person 50 years old. I always thought you were about the age of the person in the photos.

Why? I try to be young at heart. Like they say - your life really just begins at 50! LOL I am hoping this to be true. I have shown a few up to date photos of me in them. Here are fairly recent photos of me. Do I look almost 50? These are with my hair longer and just pulled back to keep it out of my face. I have it styled - cut shorter now.

But I know what you mean. I too get this idea of what someone looks like from their posts and then when you meet them it takes you by surprised and others are just like you thought they would look like.

You always soundso young in your posts so I imagined you to be around 30 or so. Not that you are old now because I am not far behind. I just have images of everyone here and sometime it is funny when they post a picture and they dont look anything like what you had envisioned at all. LOL....It is good to get a face to put with the name. I love it when YTers post their pictures because all we ever see is their dogs.
