Shadyhill Yorkies?
 
Does anyone know if the breeder of Shadyhill yorkies is getting out of them. I was on puppy find and its seems like she has alot of her stock up for sale. I just ask cause she seemed to produce nice dogs consistantly and it would be sad if she stopped the hobby.:rolleyes:

I just checked on puppyfind and only found 2 listings and neither were Melanie's.

There seems to be a mistake here. Her dogs are NOT on Puppyfind. Maybe pm'ing instead of starting something would be a better idea. Or even better to have contacted the owner of the puppies you saw and check. Her dogs are beautiful, yes.

Melanie's Yorkies are gorgeous , I really doubt she would place them on puppyfind .

Maybe a scammer using her stuff to catch unsuspecting folks. They do it all the time.

No I didn't and 100% sure I will never see one of her splendid Yorkies on the puppyfind site . Maybe Its a scammer using her pictures .

Absolutely! We've had a few members here that had their photos stolen and then scammers use them as their own photos on puppyfind.:thumbdown

Yes, many members photos have been stolen and used on sites like puppyfind. I don't know her, but it sounds like her pups would never be listed on a site like that.
Puppyfind is FULL of scammers.

Ceasar, maybe you could point out what you THINK is Shadyhills' stock. I don't see a single one on there that would even be close to her "stock". I doubt anyone has stolen any of Shadyhills' pictures. I think Caesar needed a way to "drum up" attention to a rumor.

This isn't a starting anything if anyone is trying to start something maybe it comes from people with post like you. It was simple I just was asking if anyone knew if she was getting out of yorkies. Further more I have stated I admire how she produced nice pups consistantly and therefore it would be sad to see a breeder retire. If I was trying to start something then my post could have taken another direction. Why contact her privately? Its an open question I don't hide my thoughts or words. So just relax and stop drowning in a cup of water. Plus I just noticed your rather new on here and unlike other new members your of to a bad start with you replies. I guess at the end your just not worth the time of day.;)

I am not druming anything up. Yes, a have to agree her dogs are very beautiful. Its kinda weird to be replying to a new member with no avatar. Anyhow it was a simple question. If she personally thinks I am trying to start something I am free to talk to her and answer any questions. By the way whats so horrible about posting on puppy find. Many reputable European and American breeders post there. I don't see the dark side if your honest and don't mislead people it works the same way as with referrals you either approve and meet the propective owners or you don't. This is my last word on this post and thanks to all who kindly suggested I could contact her if anything instead of just attacking me. I will say if indeed this breeder ( which I personally don't know) was getting out of yorkies she wouldn't be the first nor last. Its not a bad thing, things happen in life, sudden circumstances, illness etc..... I know of two other breeders very caring and memebers here who this has happened to. They had nice dogs where caring but they had events that forced them to part with their dogs for the time being.

I agree, we don't know what may be going on so shouldn't judge. With the market being so tight it's not easy to find the perfect home for your pups anymore. Puppyfind can be bad or good like everything else on the internet, you just have to be careful.

I do not like to come to this forum due to all the drama.. I thought in the beginning it was a place to come learn and share, but I have found that is not true.. I do not like to see my name, prefix name of my yorkies being used on this forum! I have endured enough hate and discontent from some of the members hear since 2/06.. If you do not like me, if you do not like my dogs or the quality of my dogs, fine! Just leave me and my dogs alone! I am who I am, I sleep at night and my dogs are very well cared for.. If you have a problem with that "it is your problem"!

I hope you are not directing your reply to me. All I did was ask a question. Nowhere in my thread is there misleading information about you, nor have I used your name or prefix in a disrespecful way. Now asking for the thread to be closed is kind of over the border. I am not coming back to make statements about your or try and start anything. Now if my question has affected you in any way I apologize. As for unpleasent things happening in the forum, it happens everywhere there is all kinds of people. It happens at shows, on other forums and for those who critize this one often then why do you come back just for get it exsists and make it a zero to your left.;)

I forget to add I never have said and don't think that posting on puppy find is a bad thing. It all comes down to how your screen your interested party.
