Lewiston Shows!!! 1 Attachment(s) I just got home from Lewiston Idaho, about a 7 hour drive for us, but well worth the trip. We had four days of shows and my Doobie won three majors and finished is Champion title. Doobie is a great show dog, bread by Peggy Nygard and is only 13 months old. A big Thank You to Peggy for letting me have this dog!!! Doobie finished his title with all majors shown only by me. He is now known as Ch. Mariahs Trail of Perception We went winners dog and Best opposite sex all three days. On the fourth day his brother owned by Peggy Nygard won winners dog. But the most surprising news is that I took my very special bed dog Glimmer out for her first set of shows and she won the Breed every day and in one weekend she now has four majors and 12 points. Wow I am tired but thrilled to be headed home with my great dogs. By the way Glimmer is my own breeding, here is a picture of her. Her dam is a Stardust bitch and her sire is Ch. Montclair Bullet Proof. |
Let me be the first to congratulate you! What a wonderful weekend and quite an accomplishment. I think it's every breeder/exhibitors dream to show one of their won to their championship. Sounds like your well on your way to accomplishing that goal! Again Congrats!!! |
Wow!!! Those are great wins!! I bet your proud. Its been a long time since I did anything like that. Hope I can do it again. 13 months is very impressive. The Judges must've really like him. I had a Stardust male once and he never finished and only needed majors. I got a Rothby male and showed him instead. My Stardust male was too light in color He was one of my first attempts at showing. I just loved his personality. Keep up the good work!! |

1 Attachment(s) Thanks Ladies, I am very proud of my dogs, I have entered two more shows to see if I can get the last three singles on Glimmer before I leave the first of June for a weeks vacation in Boston and Maine. I want to breed her this next heat to Doobie. I couldn't have shown three dogs with out the help of my amazing boy friend helping and the help of Tim Reese and Randy Winters at ring side helping me get everyone ready. In return I helped them with their Havenees and Pekes. True friends are very important!!! I was even seen showing Bichons....It was a fun weekend. Here is picture of the night before.Attachment 113801 In the motel room |
