Indianapolis Winter Classic Dog Show
 
Just wanted to let everyone know that the Indy Winter Classic Dog Show will be at the Indianapolis Fairgrounds February 8 through the 11th, 2007.

I've been there and it is really nice, fun, entertaining, informative and lots of things to buy. Plus the dogs...dogs...and more dogs... absolutely beautiful!!

Maybe we can find out (when it gets closer) who will be attending and when so that we can meet each other.

Since the time is getting closer, I wanted to bump this up so all could see and maybe make plans to go. Also, if anyone from YT is planning to go, maybe we could wear a sticker or something with "YT" on it so we could introduce ourselves.

Me and my daughter, Lauryn would like to go. If its snowy I wont drive there cause I hate driving in the snow. I'd love to go. I've never been to a dog show. Maybe we can meet you there Janet. That would be fun!

That would be great Denise. I was just in awe the last time I went. So many beautiful dogs and so many things to buy!!:) I am planning on going too, but not if the roads are bad.

That would be great. I hope a lot more will be able to attend so we can all meet each other...some will meet again. Hope the roads will be good, we've had a pretty nice winter so far...watch, it will wait and get awful when the show is here....ooohhh bite my tongue!!!

I will be showing 3 of my dogs on Saturday, it is just too far for us to drive everyday during the winter when we don't know what the weather will be. I was hoping that they would have had this show in the fall, instead of winter. At least we can drive the motor home down and stay in the fall, but it is too cold for camping in the winter.

Saturday and/or Sunday is when I'm planning to attend. I know I'll go Saturday, but I may go Sunday too. I'll just have to wait and see.

I will be attending the shows, but as a spectator. I do have a few friends that will be showing at least on the weekend. I plan on doing alot of shopping for my kids while I am there! :D

hubby and i plan on going also. probably just on staurday unless i can talk himinto both days. cant wait to meet everyone there. last year was the 1st time we went and we loved it.

At the last one I went to Denise, there are quite a few "rings" set up to show all the different breeds. They are all showing at the same time, but there is a program that will tell you what breed is showing where. There are so many vendors selling all kinds of things from grooming products to picture frames. So much fun to shop!! There was also an area showing dogs obeying commands. You really need to go, it is so interesting and fun. AND the dogs are beautiful!!!
