We retired Sebastien recently and I clipped him down last week. I groomed him out and took a few photos of him before the hair cut.

Awh Carl he looks so different! Adorable. But all that lovely coat gone. I would have cried' in fact I know i will cry when it is time to cut down Razzman's.

I know Gail, I have so much extra time, nothing to wrap ! Coco will be not needing much attention for a while. So I guess I will have to work on my clipping skills :)

The only time that made me tear up is when I had his photos done in NY, he looked so beautiful. Can't wait to get those here !

Sebastien is still handsome :) I don't think I could have gone that short at first... it took my breath away for a second. I'll bet he feels lighter ;) is he acting any different... a little more spunk in his step?

thanks, I really love his new look- he's like a little teddy bear , and yes he does seem to have more bounce in his step lol

He is a cutie in his new cut. I think I would have teared up too after growing all that coat for so long. I'm sure it'll be hard to cut London's one day... It was nice to see him all groomed out in person in New York before he got his hair cut. He's a handsome boy

thanks Michele, it was great to meet you and London in person :) The photos should be ready by the end of March I'd say- can't wait !

Sebastien looks like an adorable teddy bear in his new do! I'm sure he does enjoy running free. One of my friends here, YorkieUSA, gave her girl a shorter do recently. She said Kacee is acting like a puppy again. I think I'll keep hair on my boys to slow them down for awhile longer. ;);)

You are brave though, Carl. I would have had to hire someone to do it for me. :p

Yes, he does seem to be loving it, I cut Beatrice down from a full coat over a year ago ,so I was prepared- he suits it even better than she does lol

He tops the charts in "cute"! I can't believe the difference from show coat to play coat! It's like a different dog. But he's earned a more playful life -- one that does not require endless grooming and wrapping. He looks happy.

Wow, what a gorgeous boy! He looks great both ways. I cannot believe he is the same dog. I bet he feels much lighter and free without all of his hair.

That full coat was stunning, but I must say, he is just as cute as a button w that short cut! The shorter cut just makes you want to cuddle him and never put him down - absolutely darling! (I love the black/white jammies, too!)
