Carl I am so very very happy for you and your gorgeous boy. What a weekend it was for you two. I was unable to stay for BOB judging today, but I've just now read to top it off you got an AOM today. You must be smiling from head to toe right about now. I did take some videos, I need to go through them, and if the God of uploads works for me I will post some of Sebastien.

congrats very very very proud of all our yorkie moms, dogs, and handlers at the NY show this weekend and good luck to those competing still! :D GOOO YORKIES! and GOOO SILKIES!!

Thanks so very much everyone for the congrats and compliments on Sebastien :) We are so proud of him....and shocked that he would do so well in NY, I am still flabbergasted at the competition that he was up against.

To finish his US championship so quickly and at such a huge Specialty show in the Big Apple....well it doesn't get much better than that ! The icing on the cake was having his breeder show him in the Breed ...first time out as a US Special in a group that would impress any judge....to walk away with an Award of Merit .

It's like a dream, not sure if I've woken up yet LOL

Thanks all for the wonderful photos, we are very sorry that we couldn't be there to watch. When we decided to go on this cruise we cancelled going to the Specialty....then in early January I was thinking about it and said to Denis....why can't Sebastien still go ? That's what started it all.

Carl, congratulations again on Sebastian's championship. Thank goodness you had the foresight to send him to New York. I want to say it has been a real joy watching Sebastian grow up before our very eyes. The transformation has been amazing and joyful. Here is a link to the first pictures I think you posted of him.

Your welcome Carl, if I find another one, I will post it. Also Lisa, might have some more photos, when she gets some time to go through them more. The lighting was terrible in that ball room. My hubby bemoans the fact for all shows, and he says he needs about three cameras for indoor shows, with different lens mounts on them, to do a really good job.:D Plus it is action photography and the little beasties won't repeat a beautifull movement just cause the lighting was off.

Do I get to tell you "I told you so?" I said it in Vegas after seeing him. He could finish in NY! And just look - Major accomplishments at 3 major NY events! Progressive, YTCGNY and the icing on the cake - AOM at YTCA!!!!

Thanks Gail, I really appreciate all the photos that people have sent me. We have to order the DVD's on Monday when we get home. I see they are sending them out already. I love the video that you posted, I've watched it several times, he really is quite something :)

I guess you were right Pam, you know I realized how nice he was in Vegas too...when I saw Kristena Bravo lead him around for me.......I had never seen him move before....I was like "WOW" when I saw him....couldn't believe that was our boy !

I never dreamed he'd do that well in NY and at such a young age.

Can't wait to see him and little Beatrice on Monday, it will be a happy day for sure !

Welcome back Carl! Hope you had a nice trip. I got the text message about Sebastien and it made my day. You have a Beauty and that coat is to die for. Hope to see you in San Antonio in July!!
