Thankfully my dogs are calm when they get xrays done so no need for tranq's.
I have never heard of a patella exam being done any other way except with them standing.

Got a funny in email today LOL....made me think, one should really practice what they preach. Remember what is posted on the internet makes the rounds LOL...AND the yorkie world is small....I always say surround yourself with those you trust AND remember make sure you know who you hanging with and gossiping with because some words will come back and bite you the behind :)

I received that same e-mail. One should not be concerned by a typographical error but, more on their own personal integrity.

LOL mine need a tranq just to pet them sometimes...lol

And I'm by "far" an expert. As long as I'm showing and or breeding I will learn something new everyday about this breed and will happily take advice and mentoring at all times. When I stop learning it's time to get out. Its all a learning experience and when you can't go into this endeavor with an open mind and take all kinds of advice or opinions then you do miss out and stay closed minded. Not one person has the monopoly on knowledge in this breed so take in all you can.

me three i found it amusing to say the least one should watch what they say
it is really amazing what goes around and how small the internet world really is
