I was just looking at your album - I never get tired of looking at beautiful Yorkies! I love to see how they mature in color and coat - and you document that so nicely with your pictures. Seriously, Thank You for sharing your pictures with us. I know that a lot of people don't like to have their pictures on the internet and I understand why but.... gez it is nice to see what they're really suppose to look like. ;) :thumbup:

Thanks!!! We use to have Yorkie Tales in the old days to see pups grow up and compare, as well as see pedigrees. One way to learn then, besides club meetings, Matches, and shows And can't forget the get togethers at one anothers home. Now - only have shows. I love to share. I guess proud mama syndrome. LOL

Yes, it is very hard. I cry everytime they go. But you cannot keep them all. He is going to a fantastic home and I will be babysitting him anytime his parents go on a trip. So there are advantages.

Last night I was reading this thread and feeling a little envious and wondering when I will have a champion of my own. This morning there was an email from my handler informing me my girl won a 4 point major last Thursday, and another point on Satuday. Clover Hill's Busy Little Izzy now has 9 points, and at 13 mos old surely will get the remainder needed for her title. This took a lot of work over a number of years, so I can really appreciate what it means to finish a champion.

Congratulations! I do not know how you can wait -Your girl won on Thusday and now Tuesday and just reading your girl won! Not me, I want to know that day if they won. I would be sitting on pins and needles and my cell phone would not be more than 2 inches from me (in my pocket).

Yes, it take a lot of work to earn the championships. Not all yorkies win and not all become champions. I have 3 champions now in the past 4 years, since I started back. It takes a lot of hard work and determination with knowledge - what makes a good quality yorkie. I am a real stickler with the standard. Always evaluating my yorkies against it and staying true blue to the breed. It is so important to also have others that are knowledegable with our breed/standard to evaluate our dogs and puppies. Don't want to be color blind. I am hoping for a busy year and hope I win the lottery to afford all the shows. Hehehehe:D

Well, as you can see from my avitar - Cha is growing up. She is almost 2 years old. She is out now with my handlers and now pointed. She has only been out there for 3 weekends and has some Winner's Bitch/BOS wins and two BOB wins in one weekend with a cross over and beat a male that had a 5 point major and several BOB wins himself. So it was a surprise she did so good. I just keep my fingers crossed that she continues to do well.

Darcy was too small for show, so we placed him in a pet home.

Here are some photos though of Trey. He will be going out next and has a lot of attitude!! He is a real stinker and thinks he is something else.

One more. I am keeping fingers crossed that they will turn out nice for show. Right now - they are so cute with tail wagging fast when they hear my voice. I am in love.:D

The last photo here is when one of them was just a week old.
