I went with her and I was so proud of her and Blu. Handlers don't aalways win, I guess:) | First off, Congratulations Rose!!!!
We had our puppy in the 9-12 class and that was my husband who was handling. He does show our papillons and a few dogs for others, but he is not a "real handler" LOL. Boy, he will be SO excited to have people think he is an actual handler ;) And the other gal in the class just starting showing a few weeks ago, a very sweet girl with a very nice dog (the one that won his puppy sweeps class). I did not get to see the yorkies otherwise because I was off running the paps in agility at the same time.
I only got to show Ricky Bobby on Wednesday-- and he was a total mess trying to get to another dog's squeaky toy and did really poorly in sweeps and only marginally better in his regular class, he was being a total butthead. I have to get used to this terrier side of his personality, my paps are way easier to show, if you can keep all 4 of their feet on the ground. Were you there on Wednesday? The other days I was Ricky's groomer and then took off to run my kids around the agility ring... |
