Paxton turned 8 months old on the 28th of June....we have been attending confirmation classes for the past couple of months and are doing very well. What do you all think of him? I just adore this little boy! :)

He is absolutely gorgeous! I can see why you love him so much....he's a beauty. And I love his name. :)

Let us know how you make out with it! I admire anyone who has the patience for showing. I keep mine in show coat, but they're very chatty and I've never tried to train them out of it. IOW, they'd look fine for it, but wouldn't behave well enough for it.

Please post some of the pics from the shows! I'd love to see them!

Hey Carree, Isnt' Paxton out of Rocket? If so we may be expecting his little neices and nephews. I hope they all take after their uncle and sire, he's a beaut! Have a great time showing him.

He is out of Rocket! Oh my gosh, I would love to see those beautiful babies! You will have to send some pictures for sure. Please let me know when they arrive! :)
Thank you for the Paxton compliment too....he is doing so much better! Reisha brought Kobee over for a few hours and worked with us. I feel much more confident and Paxton is maturing as well. :) We might just make it!

Hey Tami,

I don't know if you saw this or not...this is the only picture I have of "Rocket"...I made this for Glenda after I got Paxton. Rocket is simply gorgeous! Glenda has another little Rocket boy I would love to have...he is just precious! We will see....I love those little boys! :)

I am really excited about my Guy pups. Tami's Carly has an amazing pedigree. I am breeding him to a girl my Mom bred and I am thrilled with how she turned out. I have watched her littermate that Robbie has grow into a really nice boy but never paid much attention to the girls. Penny is a dark steel blue and has a gorgeous headpiece. I should have shown this dog. Her coat is to the floor but she is so spoiled. I could never get her trained now.

I would love to see pics of Robbie's boy! Do you have any? What about Penny Pics? What if Paxton is too spoiled and refuses to show? :)

I really appreciate all of your compliments...I am so nervous but yet so excited! I am so grateful for all for all the help and encourgement, especially from Laurie, Reisha and Tami! I am truly grateful and especially to Glenda Beavers for putting her trust in me with Paxton! :)

You'll love Westminster!!! Alot of us from Texas will be in NY and I'm going to Westminster if Radar stays in the top 5!
You will be in yorkie heaven at all the beautiful yorkies from all over the world there at the Nationals and at Westminster! There are truly some amazing yorkies that attend!!

Oh my gosh, that would be a dream come true! I would be in heaven with all of those amazing Yorkies right before my very eyes! I just turned 41 in April and love dogs now as much as I did when I was five! My family just does not understand me, in fact I think I was switched at birth! LOL! When I hear people like you talk about Yorkies I know I am okay! :) Here is the deal if your Radar stays in the top 5 I am truly going to New York....When I was 40 made a deal with myself that I would own a beautiful Yorkie...now I have Paxton thanks to Glenda! :) So I guess I better hit my Dad up for some frequent flyer miles....Do all of you usually stay at the same place? Gosh I am so excited...I told Laurie if she shows Guy I am coming to watch....I better get my tickets for Westminster! :yay_jump::yay_jump:

I know I can't wait to meet you as well! Reisha has talked me into the Lonview, Texas show! I really need lots of prayers to do this! :eek: I know it will be fun but I feel like I am getting ready to have another C-section...horribly scary at the beginning and then you get this amazing gift at the end. The gift will be Paxton and I just doing it and being with all of you neat ladies and meeting all of your beautiful yorkies:)

You'll for sure be in yorkie heaven! OMG the beautiful yorkies that are there! It's truly amazing! Lots of nice people and show breeders! We all usually stay at the New Yorker Hotel since the Yorkie Nationals are held on that Sunday in the hotel! But you will see all kinds of dogs! It really is something to see!! I do suggest going to Westminster without a dog for the first time LOL just to get the experience! I always go to NY that time of year I wouldn't miss it because I love going to watch the yorkies! This past year was the first time I didn't take a dog and it was GREAT just being able to watch all the yorkies and see the beauty! You better get your tickets LOL!
You'll love showing or at least most of us that show just love it! I'm glad you got your little Paxton! You will do great in the ring!! You'll have lots of help from Reisha and others! Just go out and have fun!!! It's all about fun!!

The first time in the ring will tell the story... After I first showed Lexus to see if showing was something that I even wanted to do or not, that was all she wrote! I was hooked! Every show you will learn something and grow... sometimes it is a life lesson from God and sometimes it is something to do w/ grooming or handling, but it is all valuable... Just remember that it all comes in God's time and not yours... I think that you will luv it!! Can't wait to see you and Paxton...

Hi Carree---I am sort of new to YT. I've been lurking around here for awhile, but just introduced myself yesterday on the general discussion forum. I show my Yorkshire Terriers as well and am a friend of Glenda's. Your little boy is very pretty, you should do very well with him. Keep up the good work.:D
