Well, I have good news and bad news about Easy. She was at the YTC of Oklahoma Speciality show today and took her class: Open class - out of 8 bitches! Go Ken!! He is handling her right now. And Easy just loves him. But no points since the Bred-by beat her. But this is her first time out with Ken and a Speciality to boot! So I am very pleased. :-) Ken is sure she can finish. Yea!!!

Tina, congratulation on the big class win. She is beautiful. I am sure she will have no problems finishing.

Thank you sooo much! I just posted my personal feelings in our Show Breeders Club forum. I am just so happy that maybe I will have a 2nd one finish. It is just so hard and we try so hard to make sure we are doing everything we can. I try to pick good dogs and now have one litter of my own breeding that look promising and just bred Gi and really hope this will produce some top winners. It is just so hard and takes so long to see some shine in all the har work payng off.

Thanks again for the support. It means so much to me. Really it does. :)

It sounds like you are off to a great start. I know it takes a lot of hard work and dedication. Is Easy being shown Sat. and Sun. also? I hope she does well.:thumbup:

No, she won't be shown for Sat. and Sun., since my handler is a major person of the Toy club and can't handle and show his own dogs that he is handling. So - oh, well. But he is very happy and was on his way to the banquet. I just wish I could have been there to see her win. Today was the YT club of Oklahoma Speciality. Same place the whole weekend but didn't clubs sponsering it Friday verses Sat. and Sun. from what I understand.

OK...you talked me into sending in my recent hopeful puppy. I'm still having my doubts and disappointments.
Please feel free to give me any honest feedback. I don't want to hang on to hope if there isn't any:)

She's a wonderful and VERY smart little puppy! Fastest potty trained Yorkie I've ever known!

I think she is a very pretty puppy. I love her face. Is it the lighting in the second picture or does she have white on her chin and chest? How old is she?

She has some white on her chest...yes:( The chin is light gold. The lighting in the picture makes the gold look white but it's lighter gold. The white is a about a quarter size and I think that is ok...and I'm hoping or thinking it'll cover with llooooonggg gold chin facial hair:) But, you tell me...will it be ok to have some white under the chin/chest area?

She is 19 weeks. She comes from a slow growing line which is to her benefit right now. Although, I think she could end up too small. We are hoping 4.5 to 5 lbs. I won't be surprised if we can't reach that. I like her face too, but I'm more interested in her structural qualities at this point. She is low in the shoulders when she moves. She's pretty even when stacked, but it tells me there is something throwing off the top line when moving. Probably not enough drive or lay back in the shoulders. I'm hoping for more leg and neck, but doubt that will change too much.

The disqualification just added to the standard says that white is allowed on the chest as long as it is not over 1 inch in size. Your girl is still young so it is possible the white will blend in and not be noticeable later. I will be looking forward to more pictures of her as she gets older. Best of luck with her.

Here is a photo of Knight at 11 weeks. I am still hopeful about him.
And then you guys know about Easy, Prize and Frida. Easy is off to a great start, so hopefully in a month or two she will be finished. Easy has another show this weekend (4 days). Keep fingers crossed! :thumbup:
