International Dog Shows
 
My husband and i are interested in attending a dog show or shows in June.
If anybody has any information on dogs shows being held overseas, please let me know.

Crufts is the biggest dog show here in the UK but thats next month

hey Laurie- nope i won't be going to Raleigh. was just in Greenville- missed seeing you there. Georgie is doing great- except balking on the table- he does not like nobody messing with him- but his momma. I get to spend 3 weeks overseas with Dale, and we are trying to take in some shows over there, and a chance to meet some breeders and show people.:D

I hate I missed seeng everybody. Greenville is not a good show for me. I have NEVER won anything there. No points, no reserve or even a 1st place.
I decided to stop wasting my money.

Enjoy your trip! If you find shows to go to, please take pictures. It would be interesting to see the dogs.

Hopefully we can do some shows together this spring.

I forgot that Crufts starts next week. Nancy, that would be a chance of a lifetime. My neighbors are from Ireland and they have been a few times. They say it is amazing!

I have missed Asheville the past couple of years because it falls on the same weekend as a show I do in VA. After Deuce earns the last couple of points he needs to finish, I won't have a dog to show. Guy needs a few more months to grow coat. I will come up to watch you guys show and join you for drinks and dinner! Maybe we can get kicked out of another place!!!

One of the important UK Championship shows in one of the most famous English holiday resorts. Fun, sea & dogs....what more could you ask? :D

Crufts is this week, four days starting March 6th. Yorkies are on the first day with the rest of the toy group.

I'm trying to arrange a trip to England in June and will take in either the Windsor show or the one in Dover.

There is a IABCA show ths weekend in Conyers, GA. I think I am going to show in Raleigh Fri and the drive down there Fri afternoon. How far are from Conyers. The show hasn't closed yet. Come join me.

"YORKY CLUB IN BUDAPEST

The FCI-European Dog Show 2008 will be orgazined on 3rd - 4th - 5th October 2008 in Hungary by the Hungarian Kennel Club. Location: the Budapest Hungexpo Fair Center with 60 000 m2 indoor and 50 000 m2 outdoor areas. Parking place for 3000 cars.

Yorkshire Terriers are judged on Friday 3. october:
Yorkshire Terrier dogs (interm., open, champion) Walter Jungblut (D)
Yorkshire Terrier bitches (interm., open, champion) + BOB Kenneth Edh (S)
Yorkshire Terrier puppy, junior and veteran Petru Muntean (R)

Yorkshire Terrier Club show: 04.10.2008.
Judge: Cathy Delmar



YORKY CLUB DINNER PARTY: on Saturday 4, after the YT Club Show.


YORKY CLUB HOTEL RESERVATION:

Roomrate: 70 Euro x single/double room x night, including buffet-breakfast and all taxes.
Dog rate: 20 EUR/day
Dinner: 25 Euro

This hotel is in the city, very near to the show (about 10 minutes by car).
