Winston is such a Lover Boy.
He caught my eye and I would really love it if a YT was able to adopt him.

March 31, 2007 - This little man is quite the character! There is nothing really much to say in addition to his original bio.

December 12, 2006 - Winston is a sweet and active 11 year young pup looking for a loving home! He was found wandering the streets with rotting teeth and nails that were so long, they were curving under his little paws. He had his dental and lost 12 teeth, but that has not stopped him! Winston eats like a champ and runs around like a youngster! Winston loves to cuddle and loves belly rubs. Please fill out an adoption application if you would like to make Winston part of your loving family.

I had contacted his Foster Mom and here is what she said...
Hi Nicole,
First of all, I must tell you that Winston is an absolute love! If I did not have so many pups myself, I would adopt him in a flash.
He has had inquiries, but nothing that quite fit for him, so that is why he is still here.
Winston would love to be an only pup. He can be a bit testy at times with my others although it is really nothing awful. He follows me around and gazes at me as if I am his hero. I imagine in a way, to him I am. Poor little guy was such a mess when I got him. If I wake up at night and walk into another room, little Winston is at my heels. In the evenings, he loves to lie on my lap. So..all in all...he just wants to be close to his family. Just a sweet little cuddle bug.
He has been with me for a while, and never has any health issues. When he originally had his dental his lab studies were very good.
He does go outside .. once in a while I catch him marking, although during the day I leave a belly band on him. I think he does it because there are other males in the house.
He does not really play with toys. I guess that is about all I can think of right now. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. I will try to get his bio updated...I have been really busy lately and all are behind. I have actually thought of changing his name on the website so his pic comes up closer to the top . Thank you so much for keeping an eye out for him...he really IS a cutie pie and I love that someone has noticed him!

He's adorable!

Awww They are all so beautiful in my eyes. If I was rich Id take them all in. It just breaks my heart to read all that these babys have been through, they didnt deserve the lifes they have had, I hope and pray that they all find forever loving homes. Little Emi just pulls at my heart.
I get so upset knowing how people have let these dogs get and just drop them off and leave them behind. How heartless.

Yorkie Haven Rescue is, I believe, based on League City, TX which is right around the corner from me. If I didn't already have three and another rescue lined up, I'd snatch him up. But, I, too, would take them all if I could.

Oh no...I just went on the site to see little Winston and was not able to find him and now just read your last post "TLC"...poor little Winston, at least he was loved by his foster Mom his final days on earth..

My thoughts are will little Winston that he is now playing happily at the Rainbow Bridge...

Well it said that the lady might change his name. I wonder if that is why you can't see him now? Gosh I would hate to think that he isn't around now. Oh my that is so depressing to think he had to be through all he was, then be loved his last days. I wonder if he just was good or if they put him down. That would be sad if we all read this too late.

He was saved by the rescue and placed into a VERY LOVING foster home, where he stayed for a while, he was loved and cared for deeply until he passed naturally. He was a very sweet and loving boy that finally got to be someones baby, even though he never left his foster home, his foster Mom was honored to be his Momma :)
