OMG! I'm IN LOVE with him!! My grandmother has been talking about getting a playmate for her 7 year old yorkie, Lucy, so I sent her a link to Sherlock. He is an absolute DOLL!!!!!! I want him so badly! I'll let you know if my grandmother ends up getting him. :cool:

You were the first one I thought of when I saw this one!! In fact, if you hadn't posted that you'd seen this, I was going to email it to you. Let me know if she ends up trying to adopt him - what a sweetie he is:) He would be a PERFECT addition to the family:)

Oh, the shelter that had that little girl, Reese, called me back and they adopted her out to someone closer to them. So, good for me that I didn't have to make a decision. But they said that they liked my application and they encourage me to apply for more adoptions. :rolleyes: At least she went to a good home. :thumbup:

That is GREAT news!!! I meant to ask you how things ended up with her. So glad she found a new forever home - and don't give up! One day, your hubby may "cave" and let you get another one:):)

OH! I know! But we are in a 1 bedroom apt. now with no yard. He already said I could get as many dogs as I want when we buy a house with some land and stuff. That will probably be in the next couple of years. Of course, I will be able to get more dogs AFTER we get our 2 labradors!!!! :p :p :p I can't wait! I am such a dog lover! But as long as Hootie and Hobbs are still with me, I will not get another yorkie from a breeder...I will rescue.

I AM SOOOOOOOO IN LOVE...I really had to control my thoughts of jetting out of work into my car for a road trip out to OHIO and down to ALABAMA...I almost lost my mind for a second!

OMG, he is beautiful, and I'm in AL. But right now, I think 2 is enough. I'll leave this boy to someone else.

Well, darnit. I emailed this precious angel to my grandmother, but she said that she has reconsidered and one yorkie is enough for her right now. :( :( :(

Hopefully another famiy will come along and be able to take him. I really really wish I could take him. But I'm afraid hubby would divorce. me :rolleyes:

I hope this comes up right. I cant believe how cute this little guy is, and he has been thru so much in his short little life. I would LOVE to take him, but Im not sure that I could afford a ton of vet bills if it came to that.

I know I am obsessed with him too! :p and my husband said that we could get another, and this isnt too far from me so I could drive to pick him up. It didnt say that you couldnt have other small dogs and I have Louie and Bella who are only 4 to 5 lbs...hmmmm. What do you guys think? Do you think that he will be all better now that he has had the surgery? or do you think that there will be lots more medical problems? I think that the ad said that because these tiny ones sometimes tend to have issues, like getting hurt from jumping or getting stepped on ect....but I dont know if they meant it because of his surgery????hmmm what do you think?

I just went back and read all the info on the page again and I think Henry would be PERFECT for your home!!!!!!!!! They said that yorkie experience is a PLUS, which you have. They said no other dogs over 7 or 8 lbs, which you have. What is your working situation? They said they would prefer someone who is at home more, but with your other 2 pluses, even if you work, I'm sure they would consider you!!!!!!!!!!! From what they are saying, he is going to be perfectly normal and healthy and they just want a special home for him because he is SOOOO itty bitty and they don't want someone to get him just to use him as an accessory.
