I found this on CL today. I wish the timing was right for me to help this pretty girl.:(

You should contact her and ask her to please spay her before adoption, that it can be apart of the adoption fee. That she could wind up in the wrong hands, just used as a breeding machine. This baby deserves to be loved as a pet!

I missed her call back, she's at work so I can't try again but she said she's done at 5:30 so I hope to talk to her then.

Honestly, I'm not fit to take her now, as much as I would love to. If it was a few months down the road the chance would be greater. I just hate the fact that an unaltered yorkie is being offered for $85. Hopefully I can at least try to talk her into getting her spayed at Operation Fix-it.

And this is how I ended up with my Mikki. What are people thinking. Keep us updated.

She hasn't called, I have to run an errand then hopefully get a hold of her. I almost want to offer to keep her here until I can afford to spay her, then go from there. But most know I had a huge financial scare recently & I don't want to be helpless if she needs something major.

I have a full bag of TOTW, I'd at least like to offer her that, as it sounds like she doesn't have much for the poor girl.:(

Princess10 do you know of anyone who might take her? What about calling your vet? My vet was going to help me if Mikki didn\'t work out for us. Luckily she did but it was nice knowing that the option was there.

I\'ll call the vet in the morning, though I\'m not sure with what they do in these situations. I\'ve tried finding small dog/yorkie rescues online & have got no where.

We have low cost spaying at the Humane Society, it\'s $65 now for a spay, you have to get blood work done at your regular vet.

I had to be out today & didn\'t get to call her again, she never called me which makes me worry she\'s already found her a home.:( I\'m going to call first thing tomorrow & hopefully we can talk about some kind of options.
