Yorkie for Adoption- TX 1 Attachment(s) Yorkie for Adoption Rehoming Fee of $100 Age: 8 yrs old Sex: Female Fixed; Yes Weight: around 4 lbs Kids: No, she doesn't like small children HouseBroken: She knows to go potty outside, and uses puppy pads in the laundry room at night, but sometimes does have accidents in the house if she isn't watched closely. I have a Yorkie that is in need of a GREAT home. She would be perfect for someone older or a single person that wants a lap dog. She doesn't like small children. She is an older dog so she sleeps for most of the day and loves to cuddle up on the couch with her owner. She takes a few weeks to warm up to strangers, but once she does she is a little lover. I wish I didn't have to find her a home but due to a new baby I simply don't have the time/energy to properly care for her. I really want her to be adopted by someone that will care for her and love her forever. |
She is really a cutie pie! Is she spayed? That is something I would make sure to do if it has not already been done before placing her into a new home. And also make sure you do an extensive vet check on all of your potential adopters, there are a lot of people involved in rescue that can give you some pointers if you need some. Welcome to yorkie talk, best of luck to you and I hope you find an amazing home for your little one. |

She sure is a cute one. |
aww, I wish that I could take her but I watch my Grandson during the day. It breaks my heart that you have to rehome her bc of a baby. Thinking about the adjustment is really more than the actual adjustment. my daugther had a baby and she has a yorkie and it all worked out....... I wish that you would reconsider. Honestly.......you might have regrets rehoming her. Right now you might be overwhelmed but things will work out. Gosh I could go on and on. I just feel so heavy hearted about this. |
Aww she is a cutie. Maybe if you give it a little more time to get adjusted to a baby in the house you could find a way to keep her. I know mine all sleep a great deal of the time. If not I hope she finds a loving home. |

Let me know if I can help. |
I have been taking in older yorkies for about ten years now. I currently have a little boy that also came from Dallas. Let me know if you've found a home for her yet. |

PLEASE do not give your pup to just anyone! It is very important that you ask for a person's vet and personal references. Be sure to call the vet and see what vetting they have done. It is also important to do a home visit. If you need help with this, PM me. People can sound like saints and yet not take care of the pups properly. :( I see so much of that here in TX and it boggles my mind. |
