Tiny survived that miserable heat wave. We were so fortunate to have our power restored fairly quickly. Tiny was in the pool for a few minutes, but I think she really enjoys making sure the house is just the right temperature. She will leave the pool to the youngsters. She did look cute in her little bathing suit! Hope all of you are enjoying your summer. Best wishes and special thoughts from Tiny! |
Happy Birthday Tiny! If you have followed Tiny's journey, tomorrow is the day I picked her up and brought her "home". It is the day I consider her birthday, a day of renewed hope and love. Tiny still has a few scars that will never go away, but she remains a quiet, loving, gentle soul. :tinyheart She will never know the influence she has had. I received many messages from her feature story on Petfinder during senior pet month. If her story has influenced someone to help an elderly dog, her past though sad, has a wonderful ending. Tiny has been a joy. She is sleeping next to me.:dogzzz:She has just been trimmed and has had her bath. She is ready for a special day tomorrow. To all of her yorkietalk family, we thank you for the love and thoughts from near and far. She has been blessed with such wonderful friends. Cheers to all of you and thank you for your kindness to my special little friend. |

Happy Fall from Tiny! It has not been a very enjoyable summer for little Tiny. She is much more comfortable in the cool weather. We know many of you have had a trying summer. You have all been in our thoughts and prayers. Time for pumpkins :jacko::jacko:, witches :witch5: and sweet treats . Enjoy the cool before the cold winter sets in. Tiny has her reservations already for the bed in front of the fireplace. She is testing it as I write! Thoughts and prayers :hands: to all of Tiny's YorkieTalk family! |
Happy Belated Birthday, Tiny!:bigbdaypa |

Happy birthday Tiny. I can not wait to hear more about her new life and lots of pics |
I just read through this entire thread again. I cannot believe that it was two years ago that you picked her up :) I remember reading this thread when you first posted. Tiny is such a special girl and it makes me so happy knowing she has her forever home and won't ever go hungry or be abused again. |
Hello from Tiny! First, to all effected by Sandy, you are in our thoughts and prayers. Tiny was very scared with the whistling winds and spent the night shaking. No Halloween this year. The cold nights are here and Tiny is in her favorite spot by the fireplace. My little girl is just a bit slower these days but she is there to greet me when I come home and she never misses a meal! I plan to enjoy every minute of my time with precious Tiny. She has been such a wonderful gift. Hope all who follow Tiny's adventures have a safe and warm remainder of the fall season!:lovewings |
thanks so much for keeping us up to date. Give Tiny a hug from me and Remy:) |
Good to know little Tiny in West Virginia made it through Sandy and is still in her place by the fire. Great story about how these little frail things called the Yorkshire Terrier are so strong inside, with little wills of iron to get through the worst of times and come out on top. The thing that makes them successful ratters for years and such a popular breed in the world today also apparently makes them pretty tough when the going gets rough. Tiny, you hang in there! |
